    摘要: A direct current pump contains a case, a pumping module, a switch assembly, and a slidable holder. The case is integrally formed, having an accommodation chamber and an opening communicating with the accommodation chamber. The pumping module is received in the accommodation chamber and includes a motor and a pump. The switch assembly is received in the accommodation chamber and is electrically connected to the motor. The switch assembly includes a button for turning on/off the motor. The slidable holder covers onto the opening and is received in the accommodation chamber. The slidable holder includes a receiving portion for a battery assembly to be received therein.

    摘要: A quantized coefficient coding apparatus used in a media coding system includes a determination module, a coding mode arbitration module and a coding module. The determination module determines whether a set of quantized coefficients are defined in a predetermined variable length coding (VLC) table to generate a determination result. When the determination result of the determination module is negative, the coding mode arbitration module determines a best coding mode corresponding to the set of quantized coefficients from a plurality of predetermined coding modes. The coding mode encodes the set of quantized coefficients according to the best coding mode.

    摘要: A sensing device including a base, a pillar, an arm, a sensing element and a driving module is provided. The base has a supporting surface suitable for supporting the object. The pillar is disposed on the supporting surface. The arm has two ends and a pivot portion between the two ends. The pivot position is pivoted to the pillar along an axis substantially parallel to the supporting surface. The sensing element is disposed on the arm and located between an end and the pivot portion. The sensing element is located between the base and the object. The driving module is disposed between the arm and the base. The driving module drives the arm to pivot relatively to the pillar along the axis, and the sensing element moves toward or away from the object as the arm is pivoted.

    摘要: An exemplary vertical alignment liquid crystal display (LCD) includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposite to the first substrate, a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first and second substrates, first electrodes formed at an inner side of the second substrate adjacent to the liquid crystal layer, and second electrodes formed at the inner side of the second substrate adjacent to the liquid crystal layer. The liquid crystal layer comprises a plurality of liquid crystal molecules having the positive dielectrics constants and being vertically aligned. The first electrodes and the at least one second electrode are configured for generating electric fields to drive the liquid crystal molecules to orient in a plurality of different directions all parallel to the first substrate and the second substrate.

    摘要: A multi-phase buck converter has a digital compensator to select a set of compensation coefficients depending on the operating phase number of the multi-phase buck converter, or including different compensators for each operation phase number to improve the loop gain bandwidth, transient response and stability of the multi-phase buck converter. The multi-phase buck converter operates with more phase circuits for higher loading and operates with fewer phase circuits for lower loading. The compensation varies with the number of the operated phase circuits so to be adaptive to the operation condition with an optimized control-to-output voltage transfer function.

    摘要: A heat sink anchoring apparatus includes a bushing, an elastic element and an insertion rod. The bushing has a position end and a sleeve. The position end is latched on the baseboard to hold the bushing on the baseboard in an upright manner. The sleeve has an axle hole extended towards the position end and at least one track with a retaining notch formed on the inner edge of the axle hole. The elastic element and the anchoring leg are coupled on the sleeve at the outer edge. The insertion rod has at least one sliding portion to enter the track and a force applying portion at the other end. The force applying portion is compressible to compress the elastic element to form a retaining elastic force on the anchoring leg. The sliding portion is movable along the track and latchable on the retaining notch for positioning.
