摘要: A living body inspection apparatus including an oscillation coil which passes an AC current, a detection coil which detects an AC magnetic field generated from the detection coil, an amplification circuit which amplifies a voltage generated by the magnetic field induced by the detection coil, a detecting unit for detecting the output signal of the amplification circuit, a low pass filter to which the output signal of the detecting unit is input, a unit for setting the oscillation coil and detection coil in first and second regions of the living body, a recording unit for recording the output of the low pass filter while the first region and the second region of the living body are moving and a displaying unit for displaying the data recorded in the recording unit or results of analysis of the recorded data.

摘要: The present invention provides a small-sized ion detecting device that quickly and simply performs mass analysis under atmospheric pressure. Accordingly, electrodes are arranged and held in the ion detecting device so as to be able to detect water clusters in ambient air with a high sensitivity. A direction of a spray caused by the sprayer is almost perpendicular to or at an angle with respect to a center axis of the aperture, and a tip of the needle is disposed facing to an electrode having the aperture.

摘要: Disclosed is an ion trap mass spectrometer improved to obtain a high sensitivity without the lowering of resolution. By fitting a mesh electrode to an aperture (an ion sampling aperture or an ion extracting aperture) made in endcap electrodes constituting an ion trap mass analysis region, a radio frequency electric field in the mass analysis region is not disturbed even if the diameter of the aperture is set to a large value to heighten ion transmission efficiency. By fitting a shield electrode for preventing collision of ions with an insulated ring constituting an outer wall of the mass analysis region, charging up of the insulated ring is prevented to improve stability of detection signals. Furthermore, by arranging a shield member for shielding stray charged particles detouring through the circumference of the mass analysis region to approach an ion detector, generation of noises based on these stray charged particles is prevented.
