    摘要: The invention relates to a valve unit for at least one of influencing and controlling a gas flow in an internal combustion engine comprising at least one valve member for modifying a cross-section of a gas flow-carrying channel through which a fluid flows and a drive train for rotatingly driving the at least one valve member. The drive train comprises an input shaft, which is drivingly coupled to a drive device in the mounted state, and at least one valve member shaft which is non-rotationally connected to the valve member. It is especially advantageous if the drive train comprises at least one phase adjuster for drivingly coupling the input shaft and the valve member shaft, a rotational position of the shafts in relation to each other being adjustable by the phase adjuster.

To improve the efficacy of the exhaust gas recirculation, the exhaust gas recirculation valve (12) is designed so that it adjusts the respective exhaust gas recirculation rate at least in one operating state of the exhaust gas recirculation apparatus (5), so that it alternately reduces and increases and/or blocks and opens the flow-through cross section of the exhaust gas recirculation line (9) at predetermined or regulated switching points in time.

    摘要: A fuel injection is effected by means of a high-pressure pump (2) and a pressure reservoir chamber (6) for generating and storing a first system pressure. This system pressure is not used for injection; instead, by means of the pressure booster unit (9), a higher injection pressure is generated during the injection, and this injection pressure can be reduced to shape the course of injection. By means of this invention, an improved capability of metering the fuel injection and an improved execution of fast switching times are achieved.

    摘要: A method and system for injecting fuel in at least two different high fuel pressures via injectors into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. The higher fuel pressure being stored in a central pressure reservoir, the lower fuel pressure is generated individually locally for each injector, at all times during the injection event by diversion of the higher fuel pressure. The diversion being activatable or deactivatable via a multi-way valve. To that end, a corresponding fuel injection system with a central pressure reservoir for storing the higher fuel pressure has a local diversion unit for each injector by means of which the lower fuel pressure can be generated dissipatively from the higher fuel pressure, and the local diversion unit has a multi-way valve for activating and deactivating the diversion, respectively. In this way, an improved metering of the lower fuel pressure can be achieved.

    摘要: A fuel injection system for internal combustion engines has at least one stroke-controlled injector. A pressure booster that has a movable piston is connected between the at least one injector and a high-pressure working medium source. The movable piston divides a primary chamber, which can be connected to the high-pressure working medium source, from a pressure chamber that communicates with the at least one injector and is filled with fuel. The pressure booster generates a first fuel system pressure in the injector, which is used for the injection. The fuel injection system has means for furnishing a further, second fuel system pressure, and these means can be used for injection without activating the pressure booster.
