    摘要: A continuous polymerization method for laurolactam which has three stages. A prepolymerization process include steps of preliminarily heating laurolactam with 1 to 10% weight of water added, thereafter continuously feeding and passing the laurolactam from the upper part of the lower part of the longitudinal-type polymerization reaction zone, arranging a temperature decreasing gradient of 10.degree. C. or more than the upper part to the lower part directions at a polymerization temperature of 250.degree. and 300.degree. C. in the polymerization zone, and polymerizing the laurolactam under vapor pressure up to a conversion rate of 99.5% or more. A intermediate process has a step of releasing pressure from the prepolymerization product from the prepolymerization process for conversion into an intermediate product at atmospheric pressure. A post polymerization process includes the steps of continuously feeding the intermediate product at atmospheric pressure from the intermediate process in the direction from one end of the lower end to the other lower end of the traverse-type polymerization zone, polymerizing the intermediate product with agitation and air discharge in the presence of inert gas under reduced pressure or atmospheric pressure to a final relative viscosity of .eta..sub..zeta. of 1.9 to 3.3.

    摘要: Groups of magnets are respectively provided on the joint surfaces of a vehicle-side connector and a power-supply-side connector in such a way that the N and S poles of a plurality of permanent magnets are alternately arranged in a circle. When charging is carried out, the magnetic attraction generated by placing the heteropolar magnets in both groups of magnets opposite to one another is utilized for bringing the vehicle-side connector and the power-supply-side connector into engagement with each other. After the charging, the group of magnets of the power-supply-side connector are turned by one pitch to place the homopolar magnets in both groups of magnets opposite to one another, whereby both connectors are easily separated from each other because of the magnetic repulsive force generated therebetween.

    摘要: A C-shaped fixed core is provided at a power receiving portion, and a secondary coil is wound on a vertical portion of the fixed core. A moving core is vertically movable in sliding contact with distal end surfaces of horizontal portions of the fixed core. A primary coil, having an air core portion, is provided at a charging coupler. When the charging coupler is attached to the power receiving portion, the moving core is moved downward to extend through the air core portion of the primary coil, and opposite end portions of the moving core are contacted respectively with the horizontal portions of the fixed core. As a result, a magnetic circuit is formed between the primary and secondary coils. The charging coupler is lightweight since it does not have a core.

    摘要: A core assembly for coil units and a method for producing the same which can suppress a raise of temperature are provided. A secondary core (21) made of a ferrite includes a pair of core members (25, 25) which are symmetrical with respect to each other and are adapted to be coupled to each other. Each core member (25) is provided in its coupling surface (44) with a groove or apertune (43). When the core members (25, 25) are coupled to each other, the integrated grooves (43, 43) define a flow path (40) adapted to flow a cooling medium in the secondary core (21). Thus, it is possible to form a flow path in a core made of a sintered material which is too hard to be worked.

    摘要: An inductive coupling apparatus charges a storage device in an electric car by means of an external power source apparatus. The inductive coupling apparatus includes a coil unit assembly comprising a primary coil unit (10) and a secondary coil unit (20). The primary and secondary coil units (10, 20) comprise primary and secondary coils (12, 22) and primary and secondary cores (11, 21) for supporting the respective coils (12, 22). Spacers (13, 23) are mounted on arms (11A, 21A) of the cores (11, 21) of the units (10, 20) so that the coils (12, 22) are spaced apart from the peripheral surfaces of the arms (11A, 21A), thereby forming gaps (11D, 21D) between the arms (11A, 21A) and the coils (12, 22) to flow a cooling medium such as air therebetween. When the coils (12, 22) radiate a heat upon charging, the cooling media which flow in the gaps (11D, 21D) absorb the heat from the cores (11, 21). This prevents the heat from being accumulated in spaces between the cores (11, 21) and the coils (12, 22) and suppresses the cores (11, 21) from a rise in temperature.
