A lubricating grease composition comprising (A) a base oil, (B) 5 to 10 wt. % of a urea compound, (C) 0.5 to 20 wt. % of at least one phosphorous compound selected from the group consisting of a phosphoric acid salt etc., and (D) 0.5 to 40 wt. % of a fatty acid metal salt. Aforementioned lubricating grease composition allows it to reduce the friction coefficient and prolong the endurance life significantly when it is applied onto surfaces of the sliding pair consisting of metal and plastic (especially glass-fiber-reinforced plastic) parts.

Heat from the heat generator such as a semiconductor device or the like can be effectively dissipated while an electrically insulating condition is maintained over a long period of time.

A fluid composition for use in a viscous coupling is provided, which comprises (A) a base oil made of a polyorganosiloxane fluid having a viscosity of from about 500 to about 500,000 centistokes at 25.degree. C., and (B) at least one component selected from the group consisting of sulfur and sulfur compounds (b) to (g) listed below being added in a minor amount to said base oil;(b) a hydrocarbon sulfide;(c) a sulfurized oil or fat which is the reaction product of an oil or fat and sulfur;(d) a zinc dithiophosphate;(e) a dialkyldithiocarbamic acid metal salt;(f) elemental sulfur; and(g) a cyclic hydrocarbon sulfide.This fluid composition can be stably used in a viscous coupling for an extended period.
