    摘要: Semiconductor devices and methods to form a contact of a semiconductor device are disclosed. An example method to form a contact includes forming an insulating layer on a substrate; etching the insulating layer to form a contact hole; depositing a silicon layer on sidewalls and an undersurface of the contact hole; forming a silicon spacer on the sidewalls of the contact hole by etching the silicon layer; transforming the silicon spacer to a silicon nitride spacer; depositing a diffusion barrier on the silicon nitride spacer; and filling the contact hole with tungsten. Because the silicon nitride spacer formed on the sidewalls of the contact hole can serve as a leakage current blocking layer, the yield and the reliability of the semiconductor devices manufactured by this example process are enhanced.

    摘要: Disclosed are an apparatus for a high-speed streaming data transmission using a PMEM controller and a method thereof. The PMEM controller (i.e., an I/O processor) transmits data stored in a storage device to a network through a process for a PMEM to local copy of the data between a large-capacity PM (Peripheral Memory) and a main memory or for a PMEM to PMEM copy of the data in the PM. According to this process, the data transmission speed can be improved. Also, by reducing the memory copy of disc streaming data, the interference with the main processor can be minimized, and thus high-quality streaming data can be supported.

The microporous high density polyethylene film includes high density polyethylene with a weight average molecular weight of 2×105-5×105, containing 5 wt % or less molecule with a molecular weight of 1×104 or less. The microporous high density polyethylene film has tensile strengths of 1,100 kg/cm2 or more in transverse and machine directions respectively, a puncture strength of 0.22 N/μm or more, a gas permeability (Darcy's permeability constant) of 1.3×10−5 Darcy or more, and shrinkages of 5% or less in machine and transverse directions, respectively. Particularly, the microporous high density polyethylene film has an excellent extrusion-compoundabiliy and stretchability and a high productivity, and can improve the performances and stability of a battery produced using the same.
