    摘要: Disclosed is a method of preparing porous polybenzimidazole. The method includes providing polyaminoimide by reacting aromatic amine including at least two ortho-positioned amino groups and acid dianhydride, obtaining polypyrrolone from the polyaminoimide, subjecting the polypyrrolone to alkaline treatment, and subjecting the alkaline-treated polypyrrolone to heat treatment. The polybenzimidazole shows permeability and selectivity for various gases due to a fractional free volume and well-connected picopores.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a polyimide-polybenzoxazole copolymer, a method for preparing thereof and a gas separation membrane comprising the same. More specifically, provided are a polyimide-polybenzoxazole copolymer simply prepared through thermal-rearrangement performed by thermally treating a polyimide-poly (hydroxyimide) copolymer as a precursor, a method for preparing the same, and a gas separation membrane comprising the same. The copolymer shows superior gas permeability and gas selectivity, thus being suitable for use in gas separation membranes in various forms such as films, fibers or hollow fibers. The gas separation membrane thus prepared can advantageously endure even harsh conditions such as long operation time acidic conditions and high humidity due to the rigid polymer backbone present in the copolymer.

    摘要: Disclosed is a production method for a bezel for display panels, whereby unnecessary material costs are reduced, a three dimensional surface shape can easily be imparted and deformation can be minimized The production method for a bezel for display panels according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) providing a lower mould formed so as to have a three-dimensional pattern for imparting the surface shape of the bezel at the molding surface; (b) fastening a gasket to the molding-surface edge of the lower mould; (c) fasten an upper mould, which is provided with a raw-material injection part, on the gasket on the lower mould; (d) injecting a polymeric raw material for the bezel via the raw-material injection part of the upper mould; and (e) transferring the three-dimensional pattern formed in the molding surface of the lower mould, while curing the polymeric raw material.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a polymer-molded material which can easily form a three-dimensional surface shape and minimize deformation includes: (a) preparing a lower mold on which a three-dimensional pattern, for imparting a surface shape of the molded material to a surface to be formed, is formed; (b) coupling a gasket on an edge of the formed surface of the lower mold; (c) coupling an upper mold including a raw material injection part to the gasket of the lower mold; (d) injecting a raw material of the polymer-molded material onto the formed surface of the lower mold through the raw material injection part of the upper mold; (e) heat-curing the raw material and transferring the three-dimensional pattern onto the formed surface of the lower mold; and (f) additionally heat-curing the raw material, which does not react in the step (e), through heat treatment.
