    摘要: The present invention relates to an artificial leather and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the method of the invention, an elastic layer is disposed on a surface of a base material, a color pattern layer is disposed on an uneven surface of the elastic layer and a cover layer covers the color pattern layer, so as to form the artificial leather. The elastic layer includes a plurality of sparkling materials. By utilizing the sparkling materials, the color pattern layer and the uneven surface, the artificial leather has a sparkling effect at various angles by showing the gradation of the stacking particles (sparkling materials). In addition, the cover layer can protect the color pattern layer on the elastic layer, so that the color pattern layer has excellent sturdiness against peeling and light.

    摘要: A resin surface layer and a method of fabricating the same, and a composite having the resin surface layer and a method of fabricating the same, are provided. The method of fabricating the resin surface layer includes: (a) providing a base, made of a resin and including a plurality of additive particles randomly distributed in the base, wherein the additive particles are selected from a group consisting of pigments, dyes, colorants, coloring matters, and pearl powders; (b) moving the base constantly, and providing a magnetic field generating device to generate an exterior magnetic field that has an uneven distribution of magnetic field intensity, and is applied to the base to change the orientation of the additive particles, so that the additive particles are arranged in a predetermined form; and (c) drying the base to make a surface of the base exhibit a visual effect of 3D texture. Thus, the visual effect of any 3D texture can be achieved by controlling the orientation of the additive particles.

    摘要: A PU composite and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The fabrication method includes: (a) providing a release paper; (b) coating a fabric layer on the release paper, the fabric layer containing a PU resin, an abrasion resistant, and a colorant; (c) drying the fabric layer; (d) coating a first laminated layer on the fabric layer; (e) drying the first laminated layer; (f) laminating a wet PU foam layer on the first laminated layer; (g) releasing the release paper to form a semi-product; (h) providing a plastic layer, which is of a thermoplastic; (i) coating a second laminated layer on the plastic layer; (j) drying the second laminated layer; and (k) laminating the semi-product of Step (g) on the second laminated layer, so as to form a PU composite. Compared with conventional PU composites, the PU composite of the present invention has better UV resistance, solvent resistance, and abrasion resistance.

The first ultrafine fibers of the polymer layer have a second concentration of ultrafine fibers by volume to a total volume of the polymer layer. The first concentration is higher than the second concentration.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a polishing pad having a groove structure for avoiding the polishing surface stripping. The polishing pad of present invention includes a base material and a grinding layer. The base material has a surface. The grinding layer is disposed on the surface, and part of the surface around the edge of the base material is exposed. The grinding layer has a plurality of first grooves and second grooves, and the first grooves cross the second grooves to define a plurality of grinding areas. The exposed part of the surface around the edge of the base material is located between the first grooves, the second grooves and the edge of the polishing pad. Whereby, the polishing pad of present invention is capable to contain more grinding liquid, and is contributive to clean the small grinded pieces. Furthermore, the grinding layer does not have acute structure and is not easy to peel to form the small grinded pieces. Therefore, the grinding quality and grinding effect can be improved.
