The present disclosure provides a laminate having low air permeability and excellent moisture permeability, a partition member for total heat exchange element composed of the laminate, a total heat exchange element provided with a plurality of the partition members for total heat exchange element, and a ventilation device provided with the total heat exchange element. The laminate of the present disclosure is provided with a porous substrate and a moisture-permeable membrane disposed on one side of the porous substrate, the moisture-permeable membrane being provided with a porous substrate and a moisture-permeable membrane disposed on at least one side of the porous substrate, and the moisture-permeable membrane being formed of a thermoplastic copolymer having a side chain containing a hydrophilic group which is a functional group.

Provided is a polyorganosilsesquioxane capable of forming, when cured, a cured product that offers high surface hardness and good heat resistance, is highly flexible, and has excellent processability. The present invention relates to a polyorganosilsesquioxane including a constitutional unit represented by Formula (1). The polyorganosilsesquioxane includes a constitutional unit represented by Formula (I) and a constitutional unit represented by Formula (II) in a mole ratio of the constitutional unit represented by Formula (I) to the constitutional unit represented by Formula (II) of 5 or more. The polyorganosilsesquioxane has a total proportion of the constitutional unit represented by Formula (1) and a constitutional unit represented by Formula (4) of 55% to 100% by mole based on the total amount (100% by mole) of all siloxane constitutional units. Provided is an adhesive composition that can be cured at low temperatures and can form a cured product having excellent insulating property, heat resistance, and adhesiveness. The adhesive composition according to the present invention includes polyorganosilsesquioxane (A) including a constituent unit represented by Formula (1) below, R1SiO3/2(1), in Formula (1), R1 represents a group containing a radically polymerizable group. In the polyorganosilsesquioxane (A), a proportion of the constituent unit represented by Formula (1) and a constituent unit represented by the following Formula (2), relative to a total amount (100 mol %) of siloxane constituent units, is from 55 to 100 mol %, R1SiO2/2(OR2) (2), in Formula (2), R1 is as defined above, and R2 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbons. The polyorganosilsesquioxane (A) has a number average molecular weight from 1500 to 50000 and a molecular weight dispersity (weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight) from 1.0 to 4.0.

An object of the present invention is to provide a polyorganosilsesquioxane that can form a hard coat layer having high surface hardness through in-mold injection molding and can form a tack-free coating film, and thus is suitable as a material for a hard coat layer of a transfer film that can be wound as a roll. The polyorganosilsesquioxane contains a cage-type silsesquioxane represented by Compositional Formula (1). When the polyorganosilsesquioxane is analyzed using a liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detector, a peak area % of the cage-type silsesquioxane represented by Compositional Formula (1) is 5% or greater with respect to a peak area of all components detected.
