摘要: To suppress changes in capacitance due to displacement between electrodes opposing each other across a dielectric layer, thereby allowing stable manufacturing of a capacitance device having a desired capacitance.The capacitance device according to the present invention is of a configuration including a dielectric layer (10), a first electrode (11) formed on a predetermined surface (10a) of the dielectric layer (10), and a second electrode (12) formed on a surface (10b) on the opposite side of the dielectric layer (10) from the predetermined surface (10a). The forms of the first and second electrodes (11, 12) are set so that even in the event that the first electrode (11) is relatively displaced regarding position in a predetermined direction as to the second electrode (12), the area of the opposing-electrode region between the first electrode (11) and to the second electrode (12) is unchanged.

摘要: The present disclosure is to improve electric characteristics in a capacitance device (device) including capacitors connected in series in a direction in which internal electrodes are laminated. Three capacitors are formed by dielectric layers (3) and four internal electrodes (30 to 33) laminated via the dielectric layers (3). The internal electrodes (30 to 33) each have an electrode body forming a capacitance, and centers of gravity of these electrode bodies are aligned on an axis formed by a straight line extending in the lamination direction. A device includes two variable capacitance units (40 and 41) each including the capacitors connected in series in the lamination direction, and external terminals formed on lateral surfaces of a variable capacitance device body (2). The axes of the variable capacitance units (40 and 41) are arranged in parallel with each other. A current flows in opposite directions in the two adjacent capacitance units.

摘要: Disclosed are a phosphor sheet capable for converting light from LEDs into white light, a white light source device including the phosphor sheet, and a display device including the white light source device. The disclosed phosphor sheet includes a phosphor layer containing at least a phosphor and a resin; and a pair of transparent substrates sandwiching the phosphor layer. The phosphor sheet comprises a coloring material having an absorption maximum wavelength of at least one of from 480 nm to 510 nm or from 570 nm to 620 nm. The coloring material is contained in the phosphor layer. The transparent substrates are adhered to both surfaces of the phosphor layer. the phosphor layer has a thickness of 20 μm to 200 μm. An indicator of the usage amount of the coloring material defined by the following formula is 0.003 to 0.028: (indicator of the usage amount of the coloring material)=((blending amount of the coloring material in the phosphor layer)/(blending amount of a resin in the phosphor layer))×(the thickness of the phosphor layer (μm)).

The partial drive-type light source device includes an excitation light source, a phosphor sheet that is disposed at a position separated from the excitation light source and contains a phosphor that releases emitted light in a wavelength region differing from incident light, and a wavelength-selective reflection film that is disposed between the excitation light source and the phosphor sheet and that transmits at least part of light in the wavelength region of the incident light from the excitation light source and reflects at least part of light in the wavelength region of the emitted light from the phosphor sheet.

摘要: Provided is a wavelength conversion member that can be produced at low cost and can suppress temporal variation in the chromaticity of light when used in a light source device. The wavelength conversion member contains: a phosphor that performs wavelength conversion of at least a portion of incident light and releases emitted light of a different wavelength to the incident light; a light diffusing element that diffuses either or both of the incident light and the emitted light; and a base material that holds the light diffusing element. The light diffusing element is a silicone resin, and the base material includes a hydrogenated styrene copolymer.
