摘要: One disclosed embodiment concerns an aqueous inorganic coating precursor solution comprising a mixture of water, polynuclear aluminum hydroxide cations, and polyatomic ligands selected from nitrate (NO3−), nitrite (NO2−), or combinations thereof. In certain embodiments, the composition has a molar concentration ratio of polyatomic ligands to aluminum of less than 3; an aluminum cation concentration of from about 0.01 M to about 3.5 M; and/or a polyatomic anion concentration of from about 0.1 to about 2.5 times the aluminum cation concentration. Embodiments of a method for forming the precursor solution also are disclosed. For example, certain embodiments comprise adding a metal having a sufficient reduction potential to reduce nitric acid to an aqueous solution comprising aluminum nitrate (Al(NO3)3).

摘要: A waste disposer comprising a primary dehydrating chamber, a grinding device, a secondary dehydrating chamber, and a storage chamber. The primary dehydrating chamber is adapted to allow waste to be heated therein to partly dehydrate the waste. The primary dehydrating chamber has: a first waste inlet for receiving the waste, a first vapor outlet for exhausting vapor from the waste, a drainage outlet for draining free liquid from the waste, and a first waste outlet for outputting the partly dehydrated waste. The grinding device is adapted to receive the waste from the first waste outlet and grind the waste to reduce the size thereof. The secondary dehydrating chamber is adapted to allow the ground waste to be heated therein to further dehydrate the waste. The secondary dehydrating chamber has a second waste inlet for receiving the ground waste, a second vapor outlet for exhausting vapor from the waste, and a second waste outlet for outputting the further dehydrated waste. The storage chamber is adapted to receive the waste from the second waste outlet and store the waste in the storage chamber.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for detecting a signal propagation type. The method comprises: calculating a similarity value of a currently received pulse response and a reference pulse response when a certain positioning base station of a UWB positioning system currently receives a pulse response from a certain positioning tag, the similarity value indicating the degree of similarity between the currently received pulse response and the reference pulse response, wherein the reference pulse response is a pulse response previously received by the positioning base station from the positioning tag; and determining the current type of signal propagation between the positioning base station and the positioning tag on the basis of the similarity value. The method and apparatus can detect the type of signal propagation between the positioning base station and positioning tag of the UWB positioning system.

The method includes extracting a group of person images to obtain a first image set; dividing the first image set into first and second subsets based on whether a related image exists in a second image set, and reusing a person ID of the related image; estimating posture patterns of images in the first subset, and storing the images in the first subset into an image library based on person IDs and the posture patterns; and selecting a target image whose similarity to an image in the second subset is highest from the image library, reusing a person ID of the target image when the similarity is greater than a threshold, and assigning a new person ID and incrementing a person counter by 1 when the similarity is not greater than the threshold.

摘要: A structure for extracting interconnect parasitic in a ring oscillator is disclosed. The ring oscillator comprises multiple logical units connected in head to tail series. The structure comprises parasitic resistance sub-structures and/or parasitic capacitance sub-structures each connected to a corresponding logical unit. The structure can be used to determine errors in extracting parasitic resistance of polysilicon interconnects and metal interconnects, and/or errors in extracting parasitic capacitance between the polysilicon interconnects and between the metal interconnects. Therefore, the parasitic extraction error can be calibrated accordingly to obtain more precise circuit simulation results and more accurate device model and BEOL model.
