    摘要: The present invention relates to a heat curable, one-component polyurethane reactive compositions containingA) surface-modified, finely divided polyisocyanates in which 0.1 to 25 equivalent percent, based on the total number of NCO groups, of the NCO groups are deactivated andB) a mixture of relatively high molecular weight compounds having isocyanate-reactive groups containing1) 5 to 40 wt. %, based on the weight of component B), of one or more aliphatic polyether polyamines and2) 60 to 95 wt. %, based on the weight of component B), of a polyol mixture containingi) 10 to 60 wt. %, based on the weight of component B2), of at least one polyester polyol andii) 40 to 90 wt. %, based on the weight of component B2), of at least one polyether polyol with predominantly primary hydroxyl groups.The present invention also relates to use of the heat curable, one-component polyurethane reactive compositions to prepare coatings, adhesives, anti-drumming products and sealants, especially seam sealants.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the in situ production of dispersions or solutions of urea group-containing aromatic isocyanates by the low temperature reaction of aromatic diisocyanates and/or polyisocyanates (the NCO groups of which preferably exhibit different reactivities) with from 0.15 to 0.4 mols of water per NCO equivalent in relatively high molecular weight polyols and in the presence of catalysts accelerating the NCO/water reaction. Such catalysts are preferably selected from peralkylaminoalkyl ethers, peralkylamino-polyalkylene ethers and/or peralkyl-polyalkylene-polyamines. The present invention also relates to the resulting metastable solutions or dispersions and to the use thereof, optionally with the further addition of relatively high and low molecular weight compounds having hydroxyl, amino or hydrazide groups and with the optional addition of other polyisocyanates in polyurethane-forming ratios for the production of polyurethanes.

    摘要: A process for the production of solid polyisocyanates stabilized by a polymer coating and showing retarded reactivity comprising reacting(1) one or more solid polyisocyanates in particulate form, said polyisocyanates having melting points above 30.degree. C., and(2) from 0.1 to 25 equivalent percent of amine per isocyanate equivalent of an organic compound having a molecular weight of from 32 to 6000, said organic compound being selected from the group consisting of(a) di- or higher functional compounds containing 2 or more aliphatically-bound primary and/or secondary amino groups,(b) compounds containing one or more terminal --CO--, --NH--, --NH.sub.2 -- groups,(c) hydrazines, and(d) mixtures thereofsaid reaction being conducted at a temperature below the melting temperature of said solid polyisocyanate, and being conducted in the presence of(3) a liquid medium selected from the group consisting of(a) organic compounds containing one or more hydroxy groups and having molecular weights of from 62 to 6000,(b) organic compounds containing 2 or more aromatically-bound amino groups and having molecular weights of from 108 to 6000,(c) organic compounds containing 2 or more aliphatically-bound amino groups and having molecular weights of from 400 to 6000,(d) plasticizers,(e) water, and(f) mixtures thereofto form a suspension of polyadduct-coated, stabilized polyisocyanate in the liquid medium.
