摘要： A process is disclosed for the production of metal sheets enamelled with two layers, wherein the sheet is coated, before shaping, with a polymer suspension. The sheet is then dried and shaped, and optionally is coated with an enamel frit. The sheet is then fired at a temperature of 560 to 850 degrees C. The binder in the polymer suspension is preferably a material which burns completely at melting and stoving temperature.

摘要： The present invention relates to olefinically unsaturated, urethane group-containing isocyanates which are prepared by reacting at an NCO/OH equivalent ratio of 4 to 40a) an isocyanate component substantially containing urethane group-free cycloaliphatic diisocyanates withb) an unsaturated alcohol component substantially containing monohydric olefinically unsaturated alcoholsand subsequently removing distillable unreacted isocyanates by distillation. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of these isocyanates and to their use as a binder component in one-component, coating compositions which may be cured at room temperature.

摘要： The present invention relates to aqueous polyurethane dispersions prepared from a polyisocyanate component and one or more isocyanate-reactive compounds wherein at least 5% by weight of polyisocyanate component is a diisocyanate corresponding to formula (I) wherein R is a difunctional, C4 to C18, aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon residue obtained by removing the NCO groups from an organic diisocyanate and R′ is a monofunctional, C1 to C18 hydrocarbon radical, which may contain ether oxygen atoms. The present invention also relates to the use of these PUR dispersions for coating any substrates, preferably wood substrates, such as parquet flooring.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for the production of oxidatively crosslinkable, water-dilutable binders bya) forming a copolymer having intramolecular carboxylic anhydride groups by copolymerizing anhydride-functional compounds, other olefinically unsaturated monomers and 5 to 50% by weight, based on the weight of the olefinically unsaturated monomers used for the production of the copolymers a), of monomers which cannot be homopolymerized under the reaction conditions,b) subsequently reacting by ring-opening esterification at least 50% of the anhydride groups present in the copolymer with one or more unsaturated monohydric alcohols,c) reacting by ring-opening esterification up to 50% of the anhydride groups with monohydric saturated alcohols having a molecular weight of 32 to 200 either before, during or after step b),d) optionally reacting 1 to 70% of the carboxyl groups formed in steps b) and c) with organic epoxide compounds ande) neutralizing at least a portion of the carboxyl groups formed in steps b) and c).The present invention also relates to the binders obtained by this process and to their use in water-dilutable lacquers and coating compositions.

C. in the absence of film forming additives, dry at room temperature to yield films having a hardness according to DIN 53 157 (Konig pendulum hardness) of .gtoreq.100 seconds, in which the polyurethane-ureas have a urethane group content (calculated as --NH--CO--O--, molecular weight 59) of 7 to 20 wt. %, and a urea group content (calculated as -NH-CO-N, molecular weight 57) of 5 to 18 wt. %, and contain 15-70 wt. %, based on resin solids, of structural units prepared by incorporating 1-methyl-2,4- and/or -2,6-diisocyanatocyclohexane in the form of urethane and/or urea groups. The present invention also relates to a process for the production of these aqueous polyurethane-urea dispersions and to their use in coating compositions.
