    摘要: A flat conductor material before being formed into a flat conductor includes a in-slot conductor portion where a conductor having rectangular cross-section is continuously pre-formed in a zigzag pattern on a same plane and a plurality of conductors are so arranged as to be overlapped in the slot of the stator core, a coil end conductor portion where a plurality of conductors are arranged while overlapping as a coil end on the outside of the slot, and a bending portion which bends to connect both conductor portions. When the flat conductor is formed, the bending portions located at the opposite ends of the in-slot conductor portion are grasped by means of a pair of grasping tools, and the in-slot conductor portion is clamped by means of a twist tool in the setting process. Thereafter, the bending portions are twisted and bent into crank-shape in the machining process by displacing a predetermined axis to a predetermined direction while rotating the twist tool about the axis. The flat conductor is obtained by carrying out the setting process and the machining process entirely for the plurality of in-slot conductor portions.

Thereafter, in a setting step, the bent portions located at the opposite ends of the in-slot wire portion are grasped by a pair of grasping tools and the in-slot wire portion is grasped by a twisting jig. Next, in a processing step, the bent portions are twisted and bent into crank-shape by displacing a predetermined axis to a predetermined direction while rotating the twisting jig about the axis. The flat conductor is obtained by performing the setting step and the processing step each of the in-slot wire portions.

The ECU sets the charging/discharging electric power such that the power storage device is discharged to an extent corresponding to a predetermined SOC higher than the lower limit SOC according to requirement power required for vehicle running, even when the SOC is lower than the SOC control target.
