The display device includes a light source which provides light and a color separation member which receives the light and which separates the received light into the different colors of red, blue and green light. A light valve device receives the red, blue and green light and modulates the light to produce images. A color synthesis cube prism synthesizes the three monochromatic lights modulated by the light valve. A projection lens system projects the synthesized image onto a screen for viewing.

    摘要: In a meeting system, supplied-data which is convertible using a virtual machine is transmitted and received among a plurality of processing apparatuses interconnected via a transmission line, and meeting data is reproduced. At least two of the plurality of processing apparatuses include a meeting data reproducing apparatus respectively. At least one meeting data reproducing apparatus includes converting means including a virtual machine for converting the supplied-data into a data format which allows the meeting data to be reproduced, a communication interface unit for receiving the supplied-data from other processing apparatuses, and storage means in which a generated image is stored and which is accessible by other processing apparatuses via the communication interface unit. Each of at least one meeting data reproducing apparatus described above and another meeting data reproducing apparatus including the converting means and the communication interface unit reads part of the meeting data from the storage means and reproduces meeting data in a task-distributed fashion.

The blower is installed in a dead space defined in front of a guide rail placed in the door body to guide the front edge of the side window for vertical movement in the door body so that the interference between the blower and parts arranged within the door body including the side window can be avoided.

    摘要: A projection display apparatus employing organic EL elements is presented that is light in weight, is small in size, and can be practically implemented. In particular, the apparatus suppresses light-emission performance degradation caused by generated heat, thereby extending useful life, stabilizing brightness, and securing continual maximum brightness. The apparatus comprises; liquid crystal panels 12R, 12G, and 12B; light emitting units 13R, 13G, and 13B, positioned at the back of the liquid crystal panels and provided with organic EL elements as light emitting layers; and cooling bodies 14R, 14G, and 14B, positioned at the back of the light emitting units, for dispersing the heat generated by the light emitting layers. The cooling bodies 14R, 14G, and 14B may, for example, be electronic cooling elements that employ the Peltier effect to absorb and radiate the generated heat. Alternatively, the cooling bodies may be configured as heat-dispersing fins that guide and disperse generated heat.

    摘要: A head-mounted display device for enlarging an image formed by an image display element as a virtual image. The head-mounted display device according to this invention comprises a virtual image forming optical system (3) including an image display element (9) and a lens (11) for enlarging an image formed by the image display element (9); a device main body (1) that houses the image forming optical means (3); and a switching means mounted in the device main body (1) for holding the virtual image forming optical system (3) in such a way that the system (3) can be moved in the direction of the width of the eye and placing the virtual image forming optical system (3) in front of one of the user's eyes. The image display element (9) and the lens (11) are disposed so that the optical axis of the virtual image forming optical system (3) approximately aligns with the user's line of sight taken while he or she is looking horizontally. The switching means enables the user to easily select the eye to view the virtual image. Therefore, this invention provides high universality and shareability, and enables the user to freely switch the eye to view the virtual image.

    摘要: A brushless motor drive circuit including at least one hall effect element and a drive transistor circuit adapted to produce a signal to energize at least two drive coils, which coils operate to drive the brushless motor. The amplitude of the signal applied to said drive coils is determined by the current supplied to the drive transistor circuit. A control circuit is provided for controlling said supplied current in response to the speed of the motor. The control circuit includes a single transistor coupled to said drive transistor circuit, the series connection of a constant voltage produced by a voltage limiting device and a voltage representative of motor speed being coupled to the base of the transistor to bias the control transistor to maintain a constant motor speed.
