摘要: A light-emitting element 10 is fixed on a lead frame 20 with a die-bonding member 13. The light-emitting element 10 is sealed with a silicone resin 22 and further sealed with an epoxy resin 24 from above the silicone resin 22. The die-bonding member 13 is obtainable by dispersing titanium oxide into an alicyclic epoxy resin obtained by curing an alicyclic epoxy compound with a curing agent.

摘要: A light emitting semiconductor device includes a base substrate; a light emitting semiconductor element including a crystal growth basis and provided on the base substrate so that the crystal growth basis faces in opposite direction to the base substrate; a first transparent sealing medium which seals the light emitting semiconductor on the base substrate; and a second transparent sealing medium which seals the light emitting semiconductor over the first transparent sealing medium and contains phosphor. A thickness of the second sealing medium in a portion with high emission intensity is larger than that of the other portion of the first sealing medium; and the portion with high emission intensity is defined as a portion where light emission intensity from the light emitting semiconductor element is maximum.

摘要: The present invention provides a LED lamp module including a metal base, a flexible board mounted on the metal base and having a through hole, a surface mounted type LED lamp including a ceramic package having a projection portion on a back of the ceramic package, a LED chip mounted on the ceramic package, and a light output surface. The projection part is thermally connected with the metal base through the through hole, and the LED lamp is electrically connected with the flexible board through an electric conductive member at a portion other than the projection portion. The LED lamp module includes a cover covering a part of the LED lamp other than the light output surface and the flexible board and pressing the LED lamp.

摘要: Provided is a container having a detachable lid that is suitable for use as a reusable oil filter and can improve the disassembling and assembling efficiency and minimize the weight. The container 1 suitable for use as an oil filter essentially consists of a casing 2, a set plate 3 closing the lower end of the casing 2 and a lock ring 4 that fastens the set plate 3 onto the casing 2. The casing 2 is provided with a radial outer flange formed around an open end of the main body thereof 22. The radial outer flange 23 is provided with three stop projections 25, three notches 26 and three biasing projections 27, the members of each threesome being arranged at a regular angular interval and each threesome being arranged at different angular phase positions from those of the other threesomes. The outer periphery of the set plate 3 is provided with three stop recesses 41, three notches 42 and three engagement rims 43, the members of each threesome being arranged at a regular angular interval and each threesome being arranged at different angular phase positions from those of the other threesomes. The outer periphery of the lock ring 4 is provided with three engagement lugs 54 that project inwardly at a regular angular interval.

摘要: A structure of arranging an vehicle occupant protecting apparatus for an automotive vehicle, which can prevent a pillar garnish from scattering when an air bag installed in a front pillar portion is expanded, is provided. An air bag 16 is housed within a space formed by a front pillar main body 38 and a pillar garnish 40 in a front pillar portion 20. When the air bag 16 expands, the pillar garnish 40 is pressed by an expanding pressure of the air bag 16, so that an opening for expanding the air bag 16 is formed between the front pillar main body 38 and the pillar garnish 40, and the air bag 16 expands into a vehicle cabin through the opening. since a non-expanding portion is formed at the air bag 16 and a hinge portion 46 is formed at the pillar garnish 40, the expanding pressure applied to the pillar garnish 40 when the air bag 16 expand is low, so that the pillar garnish 40 can be easily opened through the hinge portion 46.
