    摘要: Methods for using cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor genes, or anti-sense constructs complementary to such genes, to modify the growth and development of plant cells and organs are disclosed. Also provided are methods of modifying the development of plant cells and plants by transforming plant cells with nucleic acids encoding cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor polypeptides, or anti-sense constructs complementary to such nucleic acids, to produce transformed plant cells, and then culturing the plant cells or regenerating a plant under conditions wherein the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, or the anti-sense construct, is expressed. A variety of CDK inhibitor genes, and corresponding anti-sense constructs, are disclosed for use in a variety of plants. The nucleic acid encoding the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor may be operably linked to a tissue-specific promoter. Other provided aspects are modified transgenic plants and plant tissues. Also provided are methods of identifying nucleic acids that encode cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitors that are active in plants to modify the development of the plant.

    摘要: A method for detachment of a mobile set within the equivalent route area moving between the communication systems comprising steps of: during the detachment process is implemented between a mobile set and a service node in one communication system, the service node generates one or more messages and transmits it to the service nodes in one or more communication system within the ERA. If the message is transmitted to the service node within the ERA of only one communication system, this service node transmits this message or the message generated according to this message to the service nodes within the ERA of the other communication system. With the method proposed in present invention, when a mobile is detached from two or more communication systems which share the same ERA, the service nodes in all communication systems within the ERA can still correctly manage the relevant information on this mobile set.

    摘要: A handover method for supporting terminal mobility is provided, wherein, before a target core network node updates bearer information, an access control determination procedure is added. According to the access control determination information provided by the target base station, if it is determined that the bearer supporting a SIPTO or LIPA service is permitted to perform the handover, the target core network node updates the bearer information. If it is determined that the bearer supporting the SIPTO or LIPA service is not allowed to perform the handover, the handover failure is notified as per the bearer not performing the handover, and the bearer information is not updated. Alternatively, during or after the handover to the target network, the bearer release or deactivation is performed for the bearer not performing the handover, so that the UE may re-initiate the bearer establishment process with respect to the bearer not performing the handover.
