An elastomer is provided, which is a product of reacting C4-12 lactam, poly(C2-4 alkylene glycol), C4-12 diacid, and multi-ester aliphatic monomer. The C4-12 lactam and the poly(C2-4 alkylene glycol) have a weight ratio of 20:80 to 80:20. The total weight of the C4-12 lactam and the poly(C2-4 alkylene glycol) and the weight of the C4-12 diacid have a ratio of 100:0.5 to 100:10. The total weight of the C4-12 lactam and the poly(C2-4 alkylene glycol) and the weight of the multi-ester aliphatic monomer have a ratio of 100:0.01 to 100:5.

A compatibilizer and thermoplastic resin employing the same are provided. The compatibilizer includes about 100 parts by weight of polyolefin having at least one reactive functional group, and about 80-120 parts by weight of a copolymer, wherein the copolymer has x number of repeat units represented by y number of repeat units represented by z number of repeat units represented by and at least one terminal group represented by x, y, and z are independent and can be an integer larger than or equal to 1; and x/(x+y+z) is from about 0.5 to 0.7, y/(x+y+z) is from about 0.1 to 0.2, and z/(x+y+z) is from about 0.1 and 0.4.

Disclosed is a high thermally conductive composite, including a first composite and a second composite having a co-continuous and incompatible dual-phase manner. The first composite consists of glass fiber distributed in polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), poly(ε-caprolactam) (Nylon 6), polyhexamethylene adipamide (nylon 66), or polypropylene (PP). The second composite consists of carbon material distributed in polyethylene terephthalate.

A sports shoe is provided. The sports shoe includes a shoe vamp and a shoe sole connected to the shoe vamp. The shoe vamp includes a textile component, wherein the textile component includes thermoplastic polyester fibers. The shoe sole includes a shoe outsole and a shoe midsole foam disposed between the shoe outsole and the shoe vamp, wherein the shoe outsole includes a vulcanizate and the shoe midsole foam includes a first thermoplastic elastomer. The vulcanizate includes rubber particles, a second thermoplastic elastomer, and an interface-compatible resin, wherein the content of the rubber particles is greater than the content of the second thermoplastic elastomer. The rubber particles are dispersed in the second thermoplastic elastomer in the form of spherical particles with particle sizes of about 0.5-10 um.

A selective laser sintering composition and a selective laser sintering 3D printing method employing the same are provided. The selective laser sintering composition includes a nanoscale inorganic powder and a thermoplastic vulcanizate powder. The temperature difference (ΔT) between the onset temperature for melting the thermoplastic vulcanizate powder and the onset temperature at which the thermoplastic crystallizes vulcanizate powder is greater than or equal to 10° C. The thermoplastic vulcanizate powder includes a thermoplastic and a crosslinked polymer. The temperature difference (ΔT) between the onset temperature for melting the thermoplastic and the onset temperature at which the thermoplastic crystallizes is greater than or equal to 10° C. , and the weight ratio of the thermoplastic to the crosslinked polymer is from 1:1 to 1:4.

The foaming material is prepared from a composition, which includes 0.01-2.0 parts by weight of a flow aid and 100 parts by weight of a block copolymer. The block copolymer includes a first block, a second block, and a linking moiety. The first block is connected to the second block via the linking moiety. The first block is an aromatic polyester block. The second block is an aliphatic polyether block, an aliphatic polyester block, or an aliphatic polycarbonate block. The linking moiety is a residue of a dehydrogenated polyol.

The present disclosure provides a modified starch composition. The modified starch composition includes starch with a terminal siloxane having 100 parts by weight, water having 30-70 parts by weight, and a polyol having 5-35 parts by weight. The present disclosure also provides a starch composite foam material and method for preparing the same.
