Method and apparatus for protecting image content. In an embodiment, tags are used to identify how to alter image content. A graphics processor is configured to process the tags and to alter the image responsive to the tags. In another embodiment, a graphics processor is configured to alter image content unless a key is provided to the graphics processor.

A condensing heat exchanger of the kind having a primary heat exchanger and a secondary heat exchanger connected downstream of and in series with the primary heat exchanger. The secondary heat exchanger is arranged to at least partially condense combustion gases discharged from the primary heat exchanger. The primary heat exchanger comprising a drum having a longitudinal axis and the secondary heat exchanger comprising a plurality of small diameter tubes arranged by the side of the drum and extending parallel with the longitudinal axis of the drum.

The present invention relates a vehicle interior trim panel. In at least one embodiment, the panel may be made by providing a spray mold having a mold surface, spraying colored polyurethane material proximate the surface of the tool to form a colored polyurethane skin layer, and spraying expandable polyurethane material onto the skin layer to form a resilient layer on the colored polyurethane skin layer. The colored polyurethane skin layer and the resilient layer form a colored composite skin which can be removed from the tool and secured to a substrate to form a vehicle interior trim panel.

In at least one embodiment, the present invention relates to a method and system for making a composite polyurethane skin. In at least one embodiment, the method comprises providing a source of liquid polyol, providing a source of liquid isocyanate, providing a source of liquid low density foaming agent comprising blowing agent and low fogging surfactant, providing a spray mold tool having a mold surface, and providing a spraying device for spraying liquid material at the spray mold tool. The method further comprises, in at least one embodiment, directing polyol and isocyanate to the spraying device to form a polyurethane composition, spraying the polyurethane composition towards the spray mold tool to form a polyurethane skin layer on the spray mold tool, directing polyol, isocyanate and low density foaming agent to the spraying device to form an expandable polyurethane composition, and spraying the expandable polyurethane composition onto the skin layer to form a resilient expandable polyurethane layer on the skin.

Disclosed is a process for the preparation of an amine (particularly diamines and polyamines) by reacting an alkanolamine or a polyol with ammonia in the presence of a catalyst composed of two active metals from the group of transition metals, namely nickel and chromium supported on a microporous refractory substrate, in a hydrogenated, trickle bed reactor.

Slow-flow, modified ethyl formate compositions and methods for their use as pre-plant soil fumigants (controlling nematodes and other pathogens) are provided. The modifications include adding to ethyl formate a viscosity modifying thickening agent, and one or more substances which function as a co-solvent and dilution agent (the co-solvent and dilution may or may not be the same). The thickening agent increases the viscosity thereby slowing its flow or rate of transport through the soil. The co-solvent functions as the primary solvent for the viscosity modifying thickening agent. The dilution agent does two things. First, it is used to reduce the partial vapor pressure of the ethyl formate in the formulation, thereby slowing its evaporation rate. Second, it also slows the rate and amount of decomposition of the ethyl formate. The SFMEF compositions and methods do not have harmful ozone-depleting side effects and break down into two naturally-occurring, environmentally-friendly components. Thus they are useful as replacements for methyl bromide and other known ozone-depleting and/or highly toxic soil fumigants.

A contact of a component is electrically connected to an associated contact of an electrical circuit, typically formed on a substrate, by depositing material between the contacts, the material forming or being processed to form an electrical connection between the contacts. The invention also provides apparatus for this purpose and a resulting circuit.

A method of spray forming articles with a nozzle that sprays in a flat fan-shaped spray pattern. The process may be used to spray form articles having a skin formed from a polyurethane composition. Repeated passes of the nozzle partially overlap to apply a deposit having a relatively consistent thickness in a series of overlapping paths. A primary flat fan-shaped spray is flanked by a pair of secondary sprays that are outboard of the primary spray. The secondary sprays facilitate feathering the edges of adjacent deposits to provide a skin having a relatively consistent thickness.
