The apparatus comprises a base from which a pair of arms extend, a resistance layer disposed on each arm serving both to measure the difference in temperature between the arms and to heat a catalyst layer; a protective layer on the resistance layers to prevent electrical shorts caused by deposit of conductive particles in the gas to be detected; and a catalyst layer on one and only one of the arms in contact with the protective layer.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a piezoelectric stack substantially free from deterioration in performance and having high reliability, and a production method thereof. A piezoelectric layer 111, 112 comprising PZT and an internal electrode layer 121, 122 are alternately stacked; the grain boundary-filling factor of a Pb-based glass in the crystal grain boundary of the piezoelectric layer 111, 112 is 95% or more; in producing a piezoelectric stack 1 in which a piezoelectric layer 111, 112 comprising PZT and an internal electrode layer 121, 122 are alternately stacked, unfired sheets for the piezoelectric layer 111, 112 stacked to produce an unfired stacked body, the unfired sheet containing Pb in excess of the stoichiometric ratio in PZT and having printed thereon an electrically conducting paste for the internal electrode layer 121, 122, and the unfired stacked body is fired in an oxygen atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of 40 to 100 vol % such that the grain boundary-filling factor of a Pb-based glass in the crystal grain boundary inside the piezoelectric layer 111, 112 is 95% or more.

    摘要: A solid pole oxygen sensor wherein an oxygen sensor element is composed of a solid pole with one end of a lead wire buried therein; an internal electrode formed on the outside surface of the solid pole; a solid electrolyte enclosing the electrode to constitute a solid pole assembly as a column with a projection at its top; and a platinum electrode separated from the lead wire. The oxygen sensor element is so secured to an almost cylindrical ceramic insulator by means of adhesive or the like that the upper top side of the oxygen sensor element having the projection is matched to a recess at the tip of the cylindrical ceramic insulator and a pair of electroconductive zones provided on the side wall of the cylindrical ceramic insulator are electrically connected with the platinum electrode and the lead wire. A process of manufacturing a solid oxygen sensor is also disclosed.

    摘要: A fluidic gas meter including a flow path structure provided with a fluidic element, a cut-off valve, a pressure switch, a flow sensor, a piezoelectric film sensor, an electronic circuit unit, and a wiring board serving as a mother board and having a function of lead wires. Each of the cut-off valve, the pressure switch, the flow sensor and the piezoelectric film sensor are fixed to the flow path structure. The electronic circuit unit is made up of a counter board and a control circuit board. The counter board is mounted with an electronic circuit for counting up flow-rate signals from the flow sensor and the piezoelectric film sensor and a liquid crystal display device for displaying the amount of gas consumed. The control circuit board is mounted with a control circuit for controlling the cut-off valve, wherein each of the cut-off valve, the pressure switch, the flow sensor, the piezoelectric film sensor and the electronic circuit unit is provided with a plurality of terminals extending perpendicularly to the wiring board. The wiring board is provided with a printed circuit for the interconnection among the terminals. The wiring board has a plurality of V-shaped guide grooves formed therein for receiving the terminals and guiding the terminals to through holes formed at an apex of the V-shape of the guide grooves, wherein the terminals form an electrical connection with the printed circuit of the circuit board, thereby avoiding wiring errors.
