摘要: A communication network is dynamically optimized using network operation metrics, such as may be acquired from a network controller such as a mobile switching center, to achieve network performance goals. Operational parameter adjustments, associated with a particular network resource and corresponding network resources, are preferably determined as a function of the network operation metrics. Implementation of the parameter adjustments are modeled to determine if further or different operational parameter adjustments should be determined. Preferably, actual implementation of the parameter adjustments is effected in part through providing the adjusted parameters to the network controller. Additionally or alternatively, the adjusted parameters may be provided directly to one or more network resources for implementation.

摘要: The invention discloses a system and method which quantifies the traffic or load on a particular sector of a mobile communication cell site. The traffic quantification or load metric is preferably used to compare the load of each of the cell site's sectors. When the difference between load among the sectors reaches a certain level, the preferred embodiment of the present invention causes the sectorization of the site to change in order to alleviate or equalize the traffic load of the sectors. The system of the present invention continues to monitor the cell site for traffic conditions and for changes in the load responsive to the sectorization changes made in order to dynamically respond to the changing traffic conditions on the cell site.

摘要: The invention provides methods of reducing fouling of ultrafiltration membranes in processes wherein virus particles are removed from aqueous solutions comprising virus particles and at least one protein by adding a surfactant or non-surfactant, non-ionic agent to the aqueous solution prior to filtration. The invention also provides methods to dissociate protein aggregates or to reduce the formation of protein aggregates by adding a surfactant or non-surfactant, non-ionic agent to the protein solution.

摘要: An electric all-dimensional numerical control injection molding machine is applicable to production of injection products with high precision and complex three-dimensional shapes. The machine comprises a machine base, a main board, four sets of electric mould guiding devices, a cross-shaped chute mould assembly, and an injection device assembly. The electric mould guiding devices are mounted on a front face of the machine. A slider mould is disposed in a chute of a cross-shaped mould base, is connected to a shaft of an electric driver, and implements mould opening and closing functions by means of linear movement of the shaft of the electric driver. An injection system of the machine is used for injecting plasticized, fused, and homogenized plastic materials into a mould cavity of the mould.

摘要: An embodiment of a method includes generating a regulated output signal from a regulated intermediate signal in response to a reference signal and the regulated output signal, and generating the regulated intermediate signal from an input signal in response to the regulated output signal and the regulated intermediate signal. By generating one regulated signal (e.g., a regulated output voltage) from another regulated signal (e.g., a regulated intermediate voltage), the magnitude of the ripple component of the one regulated signal may be reduced. Furthermore, by generating the regulated intermediate signal in response to the regulated output signal, the efficiency of the regulation may be increased.
