摘要: A hybridization system is provided, which comprises a biological chip having a substrate (1) with a probe dot matrix (3) and a cover plate (2) with at least two through-holes (4), where a hybrid chamber (5) is formed between the substrate (1) and the cover plate (2), at least two fluid channels (6) are interconnected respectively with the hybrid chamber (5) by the two through-holes (4), and a fluid control device is interconnected with the fluid channels (6). The biological chip hybridization system integrates hybridizing, cleaning and drying functions, uses power provided by the fluid control device as the drive force for promoting the liquid flow for automatically reciprocation flow in the fluid channels (6) and the chamber (5) to achieve a dynamic hybridization, thus improving the hybrid efficiency and uniformity, and achieving automatic control.

摘要: The present invention provides a microarray for detecting a genotype at a polymorphic site in a plurality of nucleic acid samples, comprising a first set of nucleic acid fragments derived from the samples and a second set of nucleic acid fragments derived from a plurality of references immobilized thereon. The invention also provides a microarray comprising a set of nucleic acid fragments immobilized on the surface of the microarray, wherein the nucleic acid fragments are derived from the samples by amplifying a region in the sample containing the polymorphism through asymmetric PCR amplification. Methods of using and making the microarrays are also provided.

摘要: The present invention provides an improved nucleic acid hybridization process employing a modified oligonucleotide probe comprising naturally occurring nucleotide bases. At least one nucleotide in the modified oligonucleotide is artificially mismatched relative to the control nucleic acid in addition to any mismatches arising from a variant nucleic acid target containing a sequence variation. The artificial mismatch and the sequence variation positions are separated from one another on the oligonucleotide by six to nine nucleotide positions.

摘要: Antennas and MIMO antenna systems in a housing of an electronic device are described. Each of the antennas includes a first RF radiating member having a first frequency range and a second RF radiating member having a second frequency range. The first frequency range is 4-5 GHz and the second frequency range is 3-4 GHz, and each antenna has an operating frequency range of at least 3-5 GHz. A plurality of the antennas may be arranged in a housing of an electronic device to form MIMO antenna systems.
