    摘要: A contact element, in particular for making electrical contact to a sensing element of a gas sensor. The contact element has at least one connecting conductor, guided in a metal-sheathed line and contacted to at least one flexible connecting line. A connecting point between the at least one connecting conductor and the at least one connecting line is arranged in a contact housing that allows sealed and temperature-resistance contacting. The contact housing has at least one connecting element that is immovably joined to the at least one connecting line and may be contacted to the at least one connecting conductor. The at least one connecting element is arranged with an interference fit and in a form locking manner in the contact housing. The contact housing is enclosed by a temperature-resistant protective sleeve, which is joined directly to the metal-sheathed line (20,22) and to the at least one connecting line (20, 22).

    摘要: A magnetic valve that switches at high differential pressures and furnishes a large flow cross section. The magnetic valve has an armature, which when current is supplied to a coil is movable toward a pole core counter to the force of a restoring spring. The armature is capable of opening an auxiliary valve of small sealing diameter directly and a main valve of large sealing diameter indirectly. The auxiliary valve and the main valve have a common closing body, which is movable relative to the armature with a limited stroke. The auxiliary valve communicates through a conduit of the closing body with the outflow side of the magnetic valve. In the open position of the magnetic valve, the closing body is held by a stop ring of the armature. The magnetic valve is suitable in particular for slip-controlled hydraulic brake systems of motor vehicles.

    摘要: A solenoid valve which guarantees the reliable opening of the valve, even when there are great pressure differences. The solenoid valve has an armature which receives a tappet, that can be longitudinally moved in the solenoid valve. A restoring spring, which transports the armature with the tappet into a closed position of the solenoid valve, engages one side of a collar of the tappet and a compression spring, which acts in the opposite direction from this restoring spring and is supported on the armature. The compression spring has a greater initial stress than the restoring spring. Pressure drops can produce a hydraulic closing force on the tappet, which force is directed counter to the magnetic force action. When the solenoid valve is switched over into the open position, the armature therefore executes a partial stroke (h) counter to the action of the compression spring before the armature carries the tappet along with it by means of engaging the collar, as a result of the magnetic force, which increases with the increasing armature stroke (H). The solenoid valve can be employed in a suction line between a master cylinder and a regenerative high pressure pump of a hydraulic brake system for motor vehicles.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic assembly of a vehicle brake system with traction control. Hydraulic assemblies include a housing block, which is to be fitted with hydraulic components, and an electronic control unit for activating the components. It is known for a hydraulic connection for a pressure sensor to be provided on a housing block and for the signal of the pressure sensor to be taken into consideration for brake pressure regulation in the control unit. The invention proposes an advantageous arrangement of at least one second hydraulic connection for a second pressure sensor on the housing block in combination with blind bores of the hydraulic connections. The blind bores can be positioned in a variable fashion and formed with different lengths during the production of the housing block. In this way, it is possible for the pressure in different hydraulic partial regions of a vehicle brake system to be sensed in an application-specific manner. The number of such hydraulic connections for pressure sensors has no influence on the external dimensions of the housing block.
