    摘要: Cleaning of an ion implantation system or components thereof, utilizing a reactive cleaning reagent enabling growth/etching of the filament in an ion source of the arc chamber, by appropriate control of temperature in the arc chamber to effect the desired filament growth or alternative filament etching. Also described is the use of reactive gases such as XeFx, WFx, AsFx, PFx and TaFx, wherein x has a stoichioimetrically appropriate value or range of values, for cleaning regions of ion implanters, or components of implanters, in in situ or ex situ cleaning arrangements, under ambient temperature, elevated temperature or plasma conditions. Among specific reactive cleaning agents, BrF3 is described as useful for cleaning ion implant systems or component(s) thereof, in in situ or ex situ cleaning arrangements. Also described is a method of cleaning the forelines of an ion implant system for at least partial removal of ionization-related deposit from said forelines, comprising contacting said forelines with a cleaning gas wherein said cleaning gas is chemically reactive with said deposit. Also described is a method of improving the performance and extending the lifetime of an ion implant system, comprising contacting the cathode with a gas mixture.

    摘要: An anti-fall device for a window sash comprises a window-sash fixing block, a window-frame fixing block, an elastic metal wire and a pipe. The elastic metal wire connects the window-sash fixing block and the window-frame fixing block. The window-sash fixing block is defined with a through hole into which the pipe is inserted. One end of the elastic metal wire is connected to the window-frame fixing block, and the other end of the elastic metal wire penetrates the through hole in the window-sash fixing block and enters the pipe. The end of the elastic metal wire, which penetrates the through hole, is fixed with a limiting block. The diameter of the limiting block is bigger than that of the through hole. The window-sash fixing block is fixed on the window sash, and the window-frame fixing block is fixed on the window frame.

    摘要: A method for driving light adjustments, a device therefor and a light adjustable lamp thereof are disclosed. The method includes: connecting a light source driving circuit which supplies a light source and an MCU with electricity and then the light source driving circuit driving the light source to vary brightness; after disconnecting the light source driving circuit, a temporary power supplying circuit continuing to power the MCU; when the light source is varying brightness and at an instant of disconnecting the light source driving circuit, the MCU obtaining a brightness state of the light source and storing information about the brightness state; after the temporary power supplying circuit is drained, the information vanishing; if the light source driving circuit is connected before the vanishing, the light source working constantly according to the information; and if the light source driving circuit is connected after the vanishing, the light source varying brightness.
