摘要: In a power control device, when the necessary power is greater than an upper limit value and either the integral power value or the duration time of an assist provided by an electric storage device during a continuous assist by the electric storage device exceeds a predetermined first threshold value, a controller performs a first control of reducing an assist power by the electric storage device to a value smaller than an assist power for the regular control and greater than zero. Further, when the necessary power is greater than the upper limit value and either the integral power value or the duration time exceeds a predetermined second threshold value greater than the first threshold value, the controller performs a second control of setting the assist power to zero.

摘要: A drive device for a construction machine, which includes a speed reducer and a brake mechanism, wherein the speed reducer has a casing in which lubricating oil and the brake mechanism are provided, and wherein the brake mechanism includes: a ring-shaped brake piston; and a brake plate configured to generate a braking force by a pressing force of the brake piston, and wherein the brake piston has: a plurality of oil pockets provided in the brake piston at respective positions along a circumferential direction of the brake piston, each of the oil pockets formed as a space capable of storing lubricating oil; oil inlets allowing lubricating oil rising during operation of the drive device to be introduced into the oil pockets respectively; and oil outlets allowing lubricating oil stored in the respective oil pockets to be discharged.

摘要: A drive device for a construction machine includes a speed reduction unit reducing speed of rotational force output from a motor, the speed reduction unit has a gear mechanism provided in a casing and reducing the speed of the rotational force output from the motor, and an oil receiver arranged above the gear mechanism in the casing, the oil receiver forms a main storage space for storing the lubricant oil, and is arranged in the casing such that an oil passage for guiding a rising lubricant oil to the main storage space is formed between an outer surface of the oil receiver and an inner wall surface of the casing, the oil receiver is provided with an oil drain opening, the oil drain opening designed to gradually discharge the lubricant oil stored in the main storage space toward the gear mechanism through the oil drain opening.

The transmission control section controls the operation of the transmission device to allow the vibration information to be transmitted to an operator only when the vibration determination condition is met.

摘要: Provided is a hybrid construction machine including: a hydraulic actuator; a hydraulic pump which discharges hydraulic fluid for driving the hydraulic actuator; a generator-motor which performs an electric generator action of generating electric power and an electric motor action of generating motive power; an engine connected to the hydraulic pump and the motor-generator; an electrical storage device; and a controller which causes the generator-motor to perform the electric generator action and charge the electrical storage device and causes the generator-motor to perform the electric motor action by electric power discharged from the electrical storage device to assist the engine. The controller causes the generator-motor to start the electric generator action when an engine output becomes equal to or greater than a predetermined engine lower limit output, and controls the electric generator action to keep the engine output no lower than the engine lower limit output.
