Abstract: The present invention relates to a multilayer structure including a base (X) and a layer (Y), wherein the layer (Y) includes an aluminum-containing compound (A) and a phosphorus compound (BH) in which a phosphorus atom having at least one hydroxy group and a polar group are bonded via an alkylene chain having 3 to 20 carbon atoms or a polyoxyalkylene chain based on an alkylene having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and the aluminum-containing compound (A) is a compound (Ab) including a reaction product (D) of an aluminum-containing metal oxide (Aa) and an inorganic phosphorus compound (BI).

Abstract: The present invention provides a multilayer structure that has excellent gas barrier properties and an excellent peel strength between a base and a gas barrier layer after retorting, and that can retain a good appearance with no delamination even after retorting under stress. The present invention also provides packaging materials and products including such a multilayer structure. The present invention relates to a multilayer structure comprising a base (X), a layer (Z) stacked on the base (X), and a layer (Y) stacked on the layer (Z), the layer (Y) containing a reaction product (D) of an aluminum-containing metal oxide (A) and an inorganic phosphorus compound (BI), the layer (Z) containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin (C) and a polyester resin (L).

Abstract: A resin pellet group according to the present invention includes a pellet (A1) containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (a1), and a pellet (A2) containing an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (a2). Here, the pellet (A1) has a melt tension of 10 mN or more and 30 mN or less at a take-up speed of 50 m/min and 210° C., and the pellet (A2) has a melt tension of 2 mN or more and less than 10 mN at a take-up speed of 50 m/min and 210° C. Furthermore, an ethylene unit content (ECa1) of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (a1) is different from an ethylene unit content (ECa2) of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (a2), and a mass ratio (A1/A2) of the pellet (A1) to the pellet (A2) is set to 20/80 or more and 99/1 or less.
