    摘要: A polyolefin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of polyolefin, not less than 0.5 part by weight of a polyamide selected from the group consisting of nylon 6 and nylon 66, and from 3 to 30 percent by weight of novolak based on the weight of the polyamide; and a method of making polyolefin molded articles having surface improved in secondary processable property, which is characterized by treating the surface of molded articles of the polyolefin composition with a solution comprising: (a) not less than 2 percent by weight of a monomer having at least one carbon-carbon double bond and a glycidyl group, (b) 1 to 5 percent by weight of chlorinated polyolefin, and (c) not more than 97 percent by weight of a mixed solvent of 30 to 70 percent by weight of terpenic solvent and 70 to 30 percent by weight of aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent.

    摘要: Herein provided are a polypropylene resin composition which comprises (A) a polypropylene, (B) an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymeric rubber having a Mooney viscosity, ML.sub.1+4 (100.degree. C.), ranging from 5 to 50 and an iodine value of not less than 15, the content of the component (B) ranging from 10 to 50% by weight on the basis of the total weight of the components (A) and (B), and optionally (C) an inorganic filler in an amount ranging from 0 to 40 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the sum of the components (A) and (B); a coating method which comprises the steps of applying a primer coating to a molded product obtained by molding the foregoing polypropylene resin composition or irradiating the molded product with plasma without degreasing and washing the product with a halogen atom-containing organic solvent and then applying a top coat to the product; and a coating method which comprises the steps of degreasing and washing a molded product obtained by molding the foregoing polypropylene resin composition and then applying a top coat to the product without applying a primer coating to the molded product or irradiating the molded product with plasma. The coated film obtained according to the foregoing methods has good bond strength to the molded product.

    摘要: A linear motor assembly includes two stators extending in parallel and having salient poles arranged at a predetermined interval on opposing surfaces and a mover having three types of mover blocks. The mover blocks are made up of three-phase alternating current coils configuring magnetic poles of three phases and permanent magnets arranged in alternating polarities on two surfaces of the mover blocks opposing each of the two stators. The mover blocks are movable between the two stators along a direction in which the stators extend. A plurality of linear motors are arranged in parallel with respect to a travel direction of the movers, and the stators provided between adjacent movers are integrally formed such that they have said salient poles on the two surfaces opposing these movers.

    摘要: In a linear motor having permanent magnets placed on a slider, the slider has slider blocks disposed in such a manner that relative positions between front ends of the slider blocks in a slider moving direction and salient poles of two stators opposing the slider blocks is shifted by approximately 130 to 230 electrical degrees. Because the positions of the frond ends of the slider blocks in the slider moving direction relative to the stator salient poles of SIDE-A are shifted from those of SIDE-B by P/2 corresponding to 180 electrical degrees, thrust ripples occurring on SIDE-A and SIDE-B have a relationship such that they are displaced by P/2. As a result, the thrust ripples of SIDE-A and SIDE-B are canceled, thereby reducing a thrust ripple with P/3 periodicity.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a polypropylene resin composition useful as an adhesive comprising(A) from about 51 wt. % to about 99 wt. % of a modified polypropylene resin graft-modified with a radical-polymerizable polar unsaturated compound or a mixture of the modified polypropylene resin graft-modified with a radical polymerizable polar unsaturated compound with an unmodified polypropylene resin,(B) a substantially non-crystalline .alpha.-olefin copolymer, and(C) an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin coplymer having a density of from about 0.860 g/cm.sup.3 to less than about 0.910 g/cm.sup.3, a n-hexane insolubility of at least about 50 wt. % and a melting point of at least 100.degree. C.,wherein the combined weights of components (B) and (C) is from about 1 wt. % to about 49 wt. %, and the weight ratio of (B)/(C) is from about 1/99 to about 99/1. The resin composition is particularly suitable for bonding a polypropylene resin layer and an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer layer, and a polypropylene resin layer and a nylon layer.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a preparation process for polypropylene-base resin compositions, which process comprises heating at a temperature of 170.degree.-280.degree. C. a mixture containing a crystalline ethylenepropylene block copolymer having a specific composition, an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber having a specific composition and viscosity, an inorganic filler having a specific particle size, and an organic peroxide, all in specified amounts. The thus-obtained polypropylene-base resin compositions are suitable for use in the production of large moldings such as automobile bumpers, fenders and body sidemembers because of their excellent low-temperature impact resistance, high molding fluidity, good paintability and high stiffness as well as their low preparation cost.
