    摘要: The fuel-barrier polyamide resin of the present invention is a product of the polycondensation of a diamine component comprising 70 mol % or higher of m-xylylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid component comprising 70 mol % or higher of a mixed dicarboxylic acid which comprises a C4 to C20 α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and at least one dicarboxylic acid selected from the group consisting of isophthalic acid and naphthalenedicarboxylic acid in a molar ratio of 30:70 to 95:5. The polyamide resin is excellent in not only fuel-barrier property and heat resistance, but also moldability and recyclability, and therefore suitably used as a barrier material of fuel containers.

    摘要: The thermoplastic resin composition of the invention comprises (A) 50 to 97% by weight of a polyolefin, (B) 2 to 45% by weight of a polyamide resin comprising a diamine component and a dicarboxylic acid component and (C) 1 to 45% by weight of a modified polyolefin and/or styrene copolymer. The polyamide resin is specified by that at least 70 mol % of the diamine component is a constitutional unit derived from m-xylylenediamine and at least 70 mol % of the dicarboxylic acid component is a constitutional unit derived from a C4-C20 straight-chain α,ω-aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and isophthalic acid in a molar ratio of 3:7 to 10:0. With such a chemical component, the thermoplastic resin composition exhibits excellent fuel barrier properties, heat resistance and moldability.

    摘要: The polyamide resin shaped article of the present invention is produced by preliminarily melt-kneading a m-xylylene-containing polyamide resin and a layered silicate subjected to a swelling treatment to prepare a resin composition containing the layered silicate in high concentration, melt-kneading the resin composition with another portion of m-xylylene-containing polyamide resin, and then formed into the shaped article. Since the amount of the m-xylylene-containing polyamide resin exposed to the heat history twice in the melt-kneading steps is minimized, the gel formation due to the thermal degradation can be reduced and the lowering of the relative viscosity due to the decrease of the molecular weight caused by the thermal degradation of the m-xylylene-containing polyamide resin is prevented.

    摘要: The polyamide resin composition of the present invention comprises a polyamide resin and a smectite treated with an organic swelling agent. The polyamide resin is produced by the polycondensation of a diamine component containing 70 mol % or more of m-xylylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid component containing 70 mol % or more of a straight-chain, aliphatic α,ω-dicarboxylic acid having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, and meets requirement of (1) a terminal amino concentration of less than 60 μeq/g and/or (2) a reaction molar ratio of less than 1.0 when defined by a molar ratio of reacted diamine to reacted dicarboxylic acid.

    摘要: The biaxially stretched film of the present invention comprises a polyamide resin composition (C) obtained by melt-kneading a smectite (B) with a polyamide (A) produced by the polycondensation of a diamine component containing 70 mol % or higher of m-xylylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid component containing 70 mol % or higher of a C4-C20 α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, or comprises at least one layer made of the polyamide resin composition (C). The polyamide resin composition (C) comprises the polyamide (A) in an amount of 80 to 99.9 parts by weight and the smectite (B) in an amount of 0.1 to 10 parts by weight. The layer made of the polyamide resin composition (C) has a relative peak intensity ratio of 60 or less. The relative peak intensity ratio is represented by the formula: B/A×100, wherein A and B are intensities of the strongest peak and the next stronger peak appearing in a diffraction angle 2θ ranging from 15° to 25° of a CuKα X-ray diffraction pattern of the layer made of the polyamide resin composition (C), provided that A is the peak intensity of the peak at a lower angle and B is the peak intensity of the peak at a higher angle.
