    摘要: The biaxially stretched film of the present invention comprises a polyamide resin composition (C) obtained by melt-kneading a smectite (B) with a polyamide (A) produced by the polycondensation of a diamine component containing 70 mol % or higher of m-xylylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid component containing 70 mol % or higher of a C4-C20 α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, or comprises at least one layer made of the polyamide resin composition (C). The polyamide resin composition (C) comprises the polyamide (A) in an amount of 80 to 99.9 parts by weight and the smectite (B) in an amount of 0.1 to 10 parts by weight. The layer made of the polyamide resin composition (C) has a relative peak intensity ratio of 60 or less. The relative peak intensity ratio is represented by the formula: B/A×100, wherein A and B are intensities of the strongest peak and the next stronger peak appearing in a diffraction angle 2θ ranging from 15° to 25° of a CuKα X-ray diffraction pattern of the layer made of the polyamide resin composition (C), provided that A is the peak intensity of the peak at a lower angle and B is the peak intensity of the peak at a higher angle.

    摘要: The fuel-barrier polyamide resin of the present invention is a product of the polycondensation of a diamine component comprising 70 mol % or higher of m-xylylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid component comprising 70 mol % or higher of a mixed dicarboxylic acid which comprises a C4 to C20 α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and at least one dicarboxylic acid selected from the group consisting of isophthalic acid and naphthalenedicarboxylic acid in a molar ratio of 30:70 to 95:5. The polyamide resin is excellent in not only fuel-barrier property and heat resistance, but also moldability and recyclability, and therefore suitably used as a barrier material of fuel containers.

    摘要: The polyamide resin composition of the present invention comprises a polyamide resin and a smectite treated with an organic swelling agent. The polyamide resin is produced by the polycondensation of a diamine component containing 70 mol % or more of m-xylylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid component containing 70 mol % or more of a straight-chain, aliphatic α,ω-dicarboxylic acid having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, and meets requirement of (1) a terminal amino concentration of less than 60 μeq/g and/or (2) a reaction molar ratio of less than 1.0 when defined by a molar ratio of reacted diamine to reacted dicarboxylic acid.

    摘要: In the process of the present invention, a polyamide A1 and an organized clay B are mixed mainly by dispersive mixing, and after added with a polyamide A2, mixed mainly by distributive mixing in a corotating intermeshing twin-screw extruder so designed as to effect the dispersive mixing and the distributive mixing. The organized clay B is completely and finely dispersed and distributed throughout the resultant polyamide composite material. Shaped articles such as films and sheets made of the polyamide composite material exhibit excellent gas barrier properties and transparency with little malodor mainly attributable to the decomposed products of the organizing agent for preparing the organized clay B.

    摘要: Provided is a thin-wall article formed from a polyamide resin which can be stably produced with little variation in mechanical properties such as flexural strength, flexural modulus and impact resistance. A thin-wall article formed by molding a polyamide resin (C) obtained by polycondensing a diamine (A) and a dicarboxylic acid (B) or a polyamide resin composition containing the polyamide resin, wherein 70 mol % or more of a diamine structural unit is derived from xylylenediamine and the polyamide resin has a melt viscosity (i) of 50 to 200 Pa·s as measured at a temperature of the melting point plus 10° C. for a holding time of 6 minutes at a shear rate of 122 sec−1.
