摘要: A high-frequency circuit device, a high-frequency module, and a communication apparatus, which prevent generation of an undesired wave to prevent electrical power loss and undesired coupling, are provided. The high-frequency circuit device includes a first slot line and a second slot line, which are provided at respective surfaces of a dielectric substrate, are formed with the same shape. An FET is provided on the first slot line. For preventing the mounting of the FET from causing a phase difference to occur between a high-frequency signal, which propagates along the first slot line, and a high-frequency signal, which propagates along the second slot line, a phase-adjusting stub is formed at a position of a stub at the second slot line. The phase is adjusted by changing the length of the stub.

摘要: A plurality of TEM mode transmission lines (L2-L5) are structured by pairs of thin film conductors (21 and 22, 22 and 23, 23 and 24, and 24 and 25) which sandwich thin film dielectrics (31 to 34) by alternately stacking the thin film conductor (21 to 25) and the thin film dielectric (31 to 34). The phase velocities of TEM mode waves which are propagated at least by two of the transmission lines (L2 to L5) are substantially equal to each other. The thickness of each of the thin film conductors (21 to 25) is smaller than the skin depth of the frequency used so that the electromagnetic fields of at least two TEM mode transmission lines among the TEM mode transmission lines (L2 to L5) are coupled to each other. In this way, the skin depth can be increased effectively. The conductor loss and the surface resistance can be reduced significantly as compared to those of the conventional electrode. By use of this electrode, a transmission line, a resonator, a filter, and a high frequency device are structured.

摘要: A dielectric resonator device has a dielectric member. Electrodes are respectively formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the dielectric member. The dielectric resonator device resonates at a mode having electric field components in a direction perpendicular to the upper and lower surface of the dielectric member. The electrodes formed on the dielectric member are each formed of a thin film multi layered electrode produced by alternately laminating thin film electrode layers and thin film dielectric layers. Each thin film dielectric layer which is sandwiched between the thin film multi layered electrode layers serves as a dielectric resonator. Accordingly, the thin film multi layered electrode acts as a laminated structure of a plurality of dielectric resonators. Thus, a current distributes over the plurality of thin film electrode layers, thereby alleviating the current concentration on the surface of the dielectric member. As a consequence, conduction losses of the overall resonator unit are reduced.

摘要: A multi-layer thin-film electrode comprises thin conductor films and thin dielectric films each being alternately laminated on a dielectric substrate, in which an electro-magnetic field generated in the dielectric substrate and that generated in each of the thin dielectric films have substantially the same phase at a predetermined frequency. According to the multi-layer thin-film electrode of the present invention, adhesive conductor films that more readily form metallic oxide as compared with the thin conductor films are provided between the dielectric substrate and the thin conductor films adjacent thereto and between each of the thin conductor films and the thin dielectric film adjacent thereto, respectively, and an increase in the surface reactance of the thin conductor films caused by the adhesive conductor film formation is canceled by correcting the thickness of each of the thin dielectric films based on the dielectric constant of the thin dielectric film and the dielectric substrate and the thickness of at least one of the adhesive conductor films.
