The invention relates to an adhesive film comprising a fleece carrier (T) and two layers made of heat activated adhesive compounds (1, 2) arranged on both sides of the fleece carrier, characterized in that both adhesive compounds (1, 2) are permeated in the fleece carrier (permeation regions T1 and T2) such that a total of between 20% and 92% of the fiber intermediate volume of the fleece carrier (T) is saturated by the adhesive compound, providing that the adhesive compounds (T1, T2) permeated on both sides of the fleece carrier (T1, T2) each make up at least 10% of the fiber intermediate volume of the fleece carrier (T) in the composition.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a method for producing an antenna system having at least one metal antenna unit and at least one carrier unit, wherein said antenna unit is connected in a first connection step to a heat-activated surface element, which can be glued, and the heat-activated surface element, which can be glued, is connected in a second connection step to the carrier unit, wherein the heating of said surface element in the second connection step occurs through said antenna unit. Furthermore, a surface element which is particularly suitable for this method and the products obtained therefrom are disclosed.

An adhesive sheet comprising at least one heat-activatable adhesive based on a blend of at least one nitrile rubber S1 and at least one nitrile rubber S2, said at least one nitrile rubber S1 having an acrylonitrile fraction of not more than 25% by weight and said at least one nitrile rubber S2 having an acrylonitrile fraction of not less than 30% by weight, and at least one reactive resin.
Abstract:
A method produces stretched, 2-dimensional adhesives based on heat-activatable thermoplastic resins. The stretched adhesives are usable for gluing metal parts to plastics for portable consumer electronics articles. The stretched adhesives are usable as specialized thermoplastic heat-activatable films for fastening metal parts onto plastic parts. By using and applying the specially treated thermoplastic resins, processing and the properties of adhesion are improved.
Abstract:
Presented is a heat-activatedly bondable 2D element having a first adhesive and a second adhesive, which is suitable for bonding objects with a metal surface to objects with a plastic surface, and which enables a stable and mechanically robust bond even at low temperatures. This is achieved through the use of particular combinations of different adhesives, tailored to one another and based on synthetic nitrile rubbers and reactive resins.
