    摘要: An intermediate flange system for an internal combustion engine with direct fuel injection. The intermediate flange system is mounted between the intake device and the cylinder head and includes two subunits (10, 11). The first subunit includes a basic body (12) and is responsible for conducting the fuel. The other subunit includes a basic body (13) and serves to conduct the intake air. Both basic bodies can be optimally designed as a function of demands to which they are subjected. Thus, basic body (13) is preferably made of synthetic resin material, and basic body (12) of aluminum. Consequently, the overall intermediate flange system is lighter than prior art systems, which heretofore have been made entirely of aluminum.

The sealing part has at least one lubricating device on a side of the sealing part that is facing away from the medium-containing space. The at least one lubricating device is positioned in a receiving space and returns a medium, that has escaped from the medium-containing side into the receiving space by passing underneath the sealing edge when turning a shaft sealed by the shaft seal in a first direction, underneath the sealing edge from the receiving space into the medium-containing space when turning the shaft in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

    摘要: A method for producing a control valve assembly using a mold comprising an upper mold half (20) and a lower mold half (21). A shaft (11) with premounted bearing blocks (13) or other functional components is placed in the mold, and the control valves subsequently are injection-molded on the shaft (11) in cavities (22) via feeders (23) to produce the control valve assembly. Afterward, the bearing blocks (13) can no longer be detached. Because they are produced separately, the bearing blocks can have a complex geometry. This allows a considerable degree of freedom in the geometric design of the control valve assembly while nevertheless ensuring cost-effective production.

A mantle portion is connected to the radially outer side. A cylindrical portion is connected to the radially inner side and has a central axis. The mantle portion and the cylindrical portion extend in opposite directions relative to the annular bottom. The cylindrical portion has a circumferential end face extending at least over a portion of the circumference at a slant relative to the central axis. Such a protective element prevents adhering of dust particles to the shaft and penetration of dust particles into the sealing arrangement.
