    摘要: An electrohydraulic pressure supply unit involving the joint operation of two energy converters, which can be adjusted independent of each other, including an electric motor with speed control that drives a variable displacement pump with a variable displacement volume. The electric motor converts electrical output (loss-encumbered), into mechanical output, meaning into speed n and torque T. The pump then converts this mechanical output (also loss-encumbered) into hydraulic output. The hydraulic output is determined by the pressure difference &Dgr;p across the pump and the volume flow Q. The pressure difference &Dgr;p generally is impressed by the consumer or load on the system. The volume flow Q is the result of the displacement volume V and the motor speed n. The torque T, which must be generated by the motor, is derived from the displacement volume V and the pressure differential &Dgr;p. During the conversion from hydraulic output to mechanical output, the displacement volume V determines the distribution of the output to the speed n of the motor and the torque T. The current I flowing through the electric motor is primarily determined by the torque T while the voltage U is primarily influenced by the motor speed n. The volume flow supplied by the electrohydraulic pressure supply unit is essentially adjusted by controlling the speed adjustment of the electric motor. The speed of the electric drive motor in this case can essentially be adjusted independent of the displacement volume of the variable displacement pump.

    摘要: The invention relates to an electric drive unit comprising an electronic control module and an electric motor. The cooling of the components of the electric drive unit should be effected in a simple manner. To this end, the hub of the impeller wheel, which is situated on the rotation axis of the electric motor and provided for producing a working air flow, has a two-walled design, whereby a hub inner space is formed between the outer wall and the inner wall of the hub of the impeller wheel. At least one cooling surface of the cooling body, said surface being in contact with components of the electronic control module, projects into the hub inner space. A gap communicating with the hub inner space, is formed between the hub of the impeller wheel and a carrier section which supports the electronic control module and the electric motor. In addition, through-holes communicating with the hub inner space are provided in at least one component of the electric drive unit. When the electric drive unit operates and the impeller wheel is in motion an air flow between the gap and the through-holes is established. The invention also relates to an electric drive unit with a fan motor.

An impeller wheel for producing a working air flow is mounted by bearings on an axle of the electric motor. The hub of the impeller wheel has at least one preferably two walls enclosing a cooling space or cooling space portions. At least one cooling surface of a cooling body is in contact with components of the electronic control module and projects into the cooling space. A gap formed between the hub of the impeller wheel and a carrier section communicates with an inner hub space. Holes (43, 322) communicating with the hub inner space are provided in at least one component of the electric drive unit. When the impeller wheel rotes a convection cooling air flow is established between the gap and the holes.
