摘要: A dot pattern projector and its associated method of manufacture. The dot pattern projector utilizes VCSEL diodes that shine infrared light through a transparent layer. The VCSEL diodes can be formed directly onto the transparent layer or onto a substrate that is in contact with the transparent layer. The VCSEL diodes are lithographically formed into a matrix, wherein each of the VCSEL diodes shines a cone of infrared light into and through the transparent layer. Each cone of infrared light intersects at least one other cone of infrared light within the transparent layer. A dielectric layer covers the transparent layer. The dielectric layer reduces reflections at the second surface of the transparent layer. A metasurface is formed on the dielectric layer. The metasurface converts the light passing through the dielectric layer into a specific dot pattern or other such pattern.

摘要: In accordance with one example, a presenter device is configured to participate in a collaboration session with one or more attendee devices. A change in an image displayed at a screen of the presenter device is detected and captured to produce a captured image. The captured image is compressed to form a compressed lossless file and first and second compressed lossy files. The compressed lossless file and the first compressed lossy file are transmitted to the one or more attendee devices, and a determination is made as to whether a further change to the image displayed at the screen occurs within a predetermined period of time. The compressed lossy file is transmitted to the one or more attendee devices when no further change to the image displayed at the screen occurs within the predetermined period of time.

摘要: A method and apparatus for reducing spectrum interference between wireless networks. This is realized by arranging at least one sub-coordinating apparatus, namely, a monitoring apparatus, in respective wireless network, and by arranging a coordinating apparatus, namely, an allocation apparatus in the whole network. Wherein, the sub-coordinating apparatus monitors the spectrum utilization situation of the wireless network where it is located, reports it to the coordinating apparatus, and requests the coordinating apparatus for spectrum resource when new spectrum resource is needed. The coordinating apparatus maintains the spectrum utilization information of each wireless network, and allocates appropriate spectrum resource to the sub-coordinating apparatus which requests spectrum resource based on the maintained information. Therefore, the interference of inter-wireless networks is reduced or even avoided through such overall management that the coordinating apparatus allocates corresponding spectrum resources to a plurality of wireless networks capable of sharing spectrum resources.

摘要: A cable connector (100) includes an insulative housing (1), a plurality of contacts (2) retained in the insulative housing (1) and a cable (3) connecting to the contacts (2). The insulative housing (1) includes a first body (11) and a positioning block (13). The first body (11) has a number of inserting slots (1331) passing downwardly therethrough. The positioning block (13) has a plurality of receiving passageways (1301) passing therethrough along a front-to-back direction to retain to the cable (3) therein. The contacts (2) each has a sharp top end (21). The positioning block (13) is retained in the first body (11) downwardly. The sharp top ends (21) of the contacts (2) pierce the cable (3) to connect with the cable (3) reliably.
