    摘要: To provide a photosensitive resin composition and a photosensitive element using the resin composition with excellent sensitivity and adhesion as well as high resolution and plating resistance. A photosensitive resin composition, comprises (A) a polymer carrying carboxyl groups, (B) a compound carrying at least one ethylene-based unsaturated group in the molecule, and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, characterized by the fact that component (B) contains at least 60 weight % of methacrylate (B1) carrying at least one ethylene-based unsaturated group with respect to the total amount of component (B), that the amount of component (C) is in the range of 0.01-20 weight units with respect to 100 weight units of component (A) and component (B), and that component (C) contains 2-5 weight units of lophine dimer (C1) and 0.1-2.0 weight units of triphenylphosphine (C2) with respect to 100 weight units of component (A) and component (B), as well as a photosensitive element using the resin composition.

    摘要: Polyester polymers consisting essentially of repeating units having the formula ##STR1## repeating units having the formula--O--Ar.sup.1 --CO-- [II],repeating units having the formula--O--Ar.sup.2 --O-- [III],and repeating units having the formula ##STR2## wherein Ar.sup.1 is selected from ##STR3## Ar.sup.2 is selected from ##STR4## halogen substituted radicals of these radicals, and ##STR5## wherein X is selected from --O--, --S--, --SO.sub.2 --, --CO--, --O(CH.sub.2).sub.n O--.--CH.sub.2).sub.n, and ##STR6## wherein each n independently represents a member having a value of from 1 to 10, and each R.sup.4 is independently selected from alkyl radicals of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, andR.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are independently selected from hydrogen atom, halogen radicals, alkyl radicals of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and phenyl radical, and R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 may be identical or different from each other, andR.sup.1 is selected from halogen radicals and alkyl radicals of 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and wherein the polyester polymer has a reduced viscosity [.eta.sp/c] of at least 0.2 dl/g as measured in p-chlorophenol at a concentration of 0.2 g/dl at 60.degree. The container can be continuously conveyed to the apparatus, heated in the apparatus, and removed from the apparatus. Through use of the apparatus, graphite carbon powder which is suitably employed in a lithium-ion secondary battery can be produced.

    摘要: There are provided a polyolefin-based resin composition that is substantially prevented from suffering from oxidative deterioration of polyolefin resin and stably used even when positioned in contact with or near to vinyl chloride-based resins, as well as a combination of a vinyl-chloride-based resin molded article and a molded article made of the polyolefin-based resin composition. The polyolefin-based resin composition used in contact with or near to vinyl chloride-based resins, comprises (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyolefin-based resin; and (B) 0.01 to 5 parts by mass of a phenol-based antioxidant containing no aliphatic ester group and/or a sulfur-based antioxidant containing no aliphatic ester group, and may further contain, if required, 0.01 to 3 parts by mass of a metal deactivator containing no aliphatic ester, and 50 to 250 parts by mass of a metal hydrate and/or a metal hydroxide. In the combination of the vinyl-chloride-based resin molded article and the polyolefin-based molded article, both the molded articles are positioned in contact with or near to each other, and the polyolefin-based molded article is made of the above polyolefin-based resin composition.
