摘要: A battery block is provided with: a plurality of cylindrical batteries of each of which the two ends are formed as positive and negative electrodes; and a lead plate which is connected to the electrodes of the cylindrical batteries. The cylindrical batteries are provided with battery cans having bottom plates provided with bottom surface electrodes and exhaust valves. The exhaust valves which are provided in the bottom plates open as a result of thin-walled lines breaking at a threshold pressure. The exhaust valves are provided inside the loop-shaped thin-walled lines provided in the bottom plates, said thin-walled lines having unconnected portions. The unconnected portions form hinge parts. Furthermore, the bottom surface electrodes provided in the bottom plates connect the lead plate to the hinge parts. The lead plate has cut-out portions provided in positions facing areas including the thin-walled lines.

摘要: A battery system includes a battery block having a plurality of square battery cells (1) stacked in one direction, parallel connection bus bars (5X), insulating plate (7), and lid plate (8) fixed to insulating plate (7). Each square battery cell (1) has a discharge port provided with discharge valve (14) and a sealing plate provided with positive and negative electrode terminals via an insulating material. Parallel connection bus bars (5X) are connected to the electrode terminals to connect some or all of square battery cells (1) in parallel. Insulating plate (7) is disposed on the surfaces of sealing plates of the plurality of square battery cells (1) and includes passing portions having openings provided at positions corresponding to the discharge ports to pass the exhaust gas ejected from the discharge ports and pressing portions (22) disposed between parallel-connection bus bars (5X) and the sealing plates. Lid plate (8) faces discharge ports facing the openings of the passing portions.

Each of fastening members has fastening side through hole opened so as to align with end plate screw hole while having each of end plates fastened, and has a fixing region fixing locking block to fastening main face disposed in a direction further away from each of end plates than fastening side through hole.

Cover part is provided inside with a gas guide path partitioned to discharge gas discharged from gas discharge valve to the outside of cover part, and the gas guide path includes one or more horizontal gas flow bending portions that bend at least a flow direction of some of the gas in plan view of cover part.

摘要: A battery block is provided with: a plurality of cylindrical batteries of each of which the two ends are formed as positive and negative electrodes; and a lead plate which is connected to the electrodes of the cylindrical batteries. The cylindrical batteries are provided with battery cans having exhaust valves provided to bottom plates. Bottom surface electrodes for connecting the lead plate are provided to the bottom plates of the battery cans. Furthermore, ring-shaped thin-walled lines which break at a threshold pressure are provided in the bottom plates. The insides of the thin-walled lines form sets of the exhaust valves. The lead plate connected to the bottom surface electrodes has, provided in positions facing the exhaust valves, through holes having an internal shape through which the exhaust valves which have separated from the bottom plates can pass.

摘要: A battery system incudes battery stack formed by stacking a plurality of battery cells and cooling plate thermally coupled to battery cell of battery stack. Heat insulating material is disposed between battery cells of battery stack, which are adjacent to each other, and heat insulating material insulates heat between battery cells adjacent to each other. In addition, cooling plate cools battery cell, is used in combination with an endothermic material having heat capacity to absorb thermal runaway energy of battery cell, and prevents induction of thermal runaway.

摘要: The power supply device including: a plurality of secondary battery cells each including a gas discharge valve for discharging internal gas; a plurality of voltage detection lines for detecting voltage of the corresponding plurality of secondary battery cells; a plurality of current fuses provided in the respective plurality of voltage detection lines to shut off current flow when currents flowing through the respective voltage detection lines exceed a predetermined value; and gas guide path communicating with the gas discharge valve to discharge gas discharged from the gas discharge valve to the outside. At least one of the plurality of current fuses is disposed in gas guide path, and is composed of thermal fuse that shuts off current flow depending on temperature of the gas discharged from the gas discharge valve.
