    摘要： The present invention provides a recombinant vector pBI-3D-hGalT or pBI-35S-hGalT containing a human β1,4-galactosyltransferase gene; a cell line transformed with a recombinant vector pMYN414 containing a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte anti-gen A-immunoglobulin (CTLA4Ig) fusion protein gene and the recombinant vector pBI-3D-hGalT or pBI-355-hGalT; and a method for producing a plant-derived recombinant human CTLA4Ig (CTLA4Igp) fusion protein with a human glycan structure using the same. The plant cell-derived recombinant human CTLA4Ig fusion protein (CTLA4Igp), which has a human glycan structure and is produced according to the present invention, exhibits an improved in vivo half life as compared to conventional plant-derived proteins, due to the presence of a human-like glycan structure. Consequently, the present invention using the plant expression system enables low-cost mass production of a CTLA4Igp fusion protein having an immunosuppressive activity comparable to that of the CTLA4IgM fusion protein expressed in conventional animal cell expression systems.

    摘要： A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel including a plurality of data lines to which a data voltage is supplied, a plurality of gate lines to which a gate pulse is supplied, and a plurality of liquid crystal cells, a data drive circuit to invert a polarity of the data voltage in response to a polarity control signal and to output the data voltage to the data lines in response to a source output enable signal, a gate drive circuit to supply the gate pulse to the gate lines, and a POL/SOE logic circuit to invert the polarity control signal for every frame period except at Nth-multiple frame period (where N is a positive integer), wherein the POL/SOE logic circuit controls the polarity control signal at every Nth-multiple frame period such that the polarity of the data voltage is the same as the previous frame period and controls a pulse width of the source output enable signal at every Nth-multiple frame period to be longer than for the other frame periods.

    摘要： Provided is a field emission lamp (FEL), which includes a plurality of cathode electrodes formed above a first substrate, an anode electrode formed under a second substrate to face the cathode electrode, a fluorescent layer composed of red, green and blue (RGB) patterns formed alternately on the anode electrode in an oblique direction, and a plurality of emitters formed on the cathode electrodes to correspond to the RGB patterns. According to the present invention, as an FEL having a fast response time is used as a backlight unit, a color breaking phenomenon can be prevented in a color sequential driving method.

The probe card for testing a semiconductor chip on a wafer includes: a space transformer body in which a plurality of unit probe modules are arranged at intervals; a main circuit board to which an electrical signal is applied from an external test device; a reinforcement plate for supporting the main circuit board such that the unit probe modules become stable against an external effect; a standing conductive medium which is inserted into a penetration portion provided in the space transformer body; a lower surface circuit board in which the standing conductive medium is electrically connected to the unit probe module as a flexible conductive medium and the standing conductive media are mounted; and a mutual connection member for electrically connecting the lower surface circuit board to the main circuit board.
