摘要： A liquid crystal display includes a substrate, a plurality of a gate line and a plurality of a data line disposed on the substrate, a plurality of a thin film transistor each connected to a gate line and a data line, a plurality of a pixel electrode each connected to a thin film transistor, a common electrode facing the pixel electrodes, and a liquid crystal layer between the pixel electrodes and the common electrode. Each of the pixel electrodes includes a first longitudinal edge adjacent to a first data line and a second longitudinal edge adjacent to a second data line adjacent to the first data line. A first distance between an edge of the first longitudinal edge and the first data line is larger than a second distance between the second longitudinal edge and an edge of the second data line.

A current gate signal of the plurality of gate signals is temporally overlapped with a previous gate signal for a predetermined time interval.
