The electromagnetic valve (100) of the high-pressure fuel supply system includes a body (41), a plunger (40) slidably received in the body (41), a valve seat (42) with which an end of the plunger is caused to move into and out of contact so that the valve seat is placed into fluid communication with a fuel pressurization chamber (27) when the plunger is moved apart from the valve seat, a stopper (43) for limiting the distance of separation of the plunger from the valve seat, and a spring (48) for urging the plunger in a direction toward the valve seat. An elastic O ring (101) is provided around the valve seat for absorbing collision sounds generated when the plunger collides with the valve seat.

    摘要: Stable spray characteristics (particle size, directivity, divergence angle of spray, and penetration force) are provided for individual nozzle holes, flows of fuel toward the nozzle holes are not interfered with each other, and further spray characteristics can arbitrarily be altered at respective nozzle holes.A whirler 11 for providing a whirling force to fuel is provided, and a whirl flow is formed in a cavity 20 downstream of a seal portion of a needle valve 16. A plurality of nozzle holes 13 are formed in an orifice plate 14, and openings on the cavity 20 side of the nozzle holes 13 are formed on substantially the same diameter with respect to the central axis of a fuel injection valve 1. Thus it becomes possible to cause fuel having inflow angle and high flow velocity to flow into the openings of the nozzle holes 13. Furthermore, in the vicinity of the openings of the nozzle holes 13, fuel having high flow velocity flows in only on one side with respect to the cross section of the nozzle holes, so that contraction flow is generated in the nozzle holes 13, and atomization is achieved as well.

The fuel injection valve device includes: a nozzle having a fuel passage inside and in which a valve seat is formed at an end; a needle valve for opening and closing the fuel passage by coming in contact with and separating from the valve seat; and an nozzle hole plate that is disposed at the tip of the nozzle and injects a fuel in the fuel passage at the time of opening the needle valve. The nozzle hole plate and the nozzle are fixed by welding in a state of forming an even gap between them.

    摘要: An electromagnetic valve can be reduced in size, and improved in the machinability and workability of a body thereof. A plunger (40) is arranged on an axis of a solenoid (47) for axial movement, and a body (41) with the plunger (40) slidably received therein is fixedly arranged in a housing (44). A valve seat (42) is arranged in opposition to one end of the plunger (40) in such a manner that the one end of the plunger (40) is moved to contact with and separate from the valve seat (42). The plunger (40) is urged toward the valve seat (42) by means of a spring (48). The body (41) is formed with an engagement groove (50), into which a caulking portion (51), which is formed by bending or flexing the one end of the housing (44), is engaged to integrally couple the body (41) and the housing (44) with each other.
