    摘要: A metamaterial having a negative refractive index is presented, which has a dielectric carrier material (12; 48), first electrically conductive sections (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4) and second electrically conductive sections (16.1, 16.2). The metamaterial is distinguished by the fact that the dielectric carrier material (12; 48) is realized as a volume which consists of one piece and which has at least one inner area which is prestructured by positive or negative rib or mesa structures (52.1, 52.2) in the dielectric carrier material (48) and is covered with first sections (14.1, 14.2, 14.3, 14.4) and second sections (16.1, 16.2) in such a way that the first sections form capacitive series impedances upon illumination with an electromagnetic wave having a specific propagation direction and polarization, while the second sections are arranged in such a way that they form inductive shunt impedances upon the illumination. An optical element, a preferred use of a metamaterial and also a method for producing a metamaterial are furthermore presented. The structuring of partial regions of the metamaterial can be effected with the aid of negative/positive mesa structures.

    摘要: The present invention relates integrated optoelectronic devices comprising light emitting field-effect transistors. We describe an optoelectronic device comprising a light-emitting field effect transistor (LFET) with an organic semiconductor active layer and a waveguide integrated within the channel of the light-emitting field effect transistor, wherein said waveguide comprises a material which has a higher refractive index than said organic semiconductor. We also describe a light-emitting organic field transistor integrated with a ridge or rib waveguide incorporated within the channel of the LFET; and a similar light-emitting organic field effect transistor in which the waveguide incorporates an optical feedback mechanism.

    摘要: The disclosure concerns a multiple-spline hub that is particularly useful for a telescopic shaft for transmitting torque. There is a thin-walled tube section which is developed as a toothed profile tube having teeth of trapezoidal cross-section. There is a thicker-walled tube to which the connecting element of the telescopic shaft, such as a joint fork, is attached. The toothed tube section is inserted in the bore of the thicker-walled tube and the crests of the teeth of the tube section engage the interior surface of the bore of the tube. The crests of the teeth are bonded by brazing to the bore of the thicker-walled tube.
