摘要: Magnetic powder protected from subsequent oxidation and deterioration can be obtained by effecting contact of starting magnetic powder, which is formed of an intermetallic compound containing a rare-earth metal and an iron-group metal as principal components thereof, with a phosphorus compound containing at least one active proton having a pKa of 4 or smaller and exposure of the starting magnetic powder to an oxygen-containing atmosphere in an arbitrary order or simultaneously. Production of a plastic magnet with the magnetic powder of this invention allows to avoid danger and deterioration in magnetic characteristics of the resulting product due to oxidation of the magnetic powder even if exposed to elevated temperatures during its production or use.

摘要: A numerical control apparatus that controls a machine tool including a plurality of linear axes and rotation axes, and controls a relative tool posture with respect to work on a table includes a program reading unit that sequentially reads a tool posture with respect to the work from a machining program, a determining unit that determines whether the read tool posture is within a predetermined tool posture range, a tool-posture control unit that determines control content of the tool posture according to the determination by the determining unit, and an interpolation/acceleration and deceleration processing unit that controls the linear and rotation axes according to the control content of the tool posture. When the read tool posture is within the predetermined range, the tool-posture control unit determines rotation axis angles of the rotation axes such that a change of tool posture from the last tool posture is limited.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide an agricultural covering material which has a high light transmittance so that it accelerates the growth of crops and has visual confirmation properties to the inside thereof for cultivators, which has a good growth acceleration effect due to heat retention of soil temperature, can suppress ingress of excess amounts of rainwater, has excellent evenness such as a low unevenness in strength and effective prevention of harmful insects which will fly and gather, and which has proper air-permeability. The agricultural covering material of the present invention includes a nonwoven fabric laminate having (i) a light transmittance of 80% or more, (ii) an air-permeability of 50 to 400 cm3/cm2/sec and (iii) a basis weight of 10 to 30 g/cm2.

摘要: When performing the processing while changing the position and the posture of the tool relative to the work, if the speed of the tool tip point relative to the work is regularly controlled while greatly changing the tool posture, the speed of each driving shaft of the machine is increased, whereby the interference may be generated. In order to solve the problem, in the numerical controller which obtains the position of each driving shaft of the machine performing the determination of the feeding speed, the interpolation and the coordinate conversion according to the relative instruction path and the instruction speed of the tool tip point relative to the work instructed to the processing program, when determining the feeding speed, the reference point is provided on the tool or the table, the translation speed of the reference point viewed from the mechanical coordinate system is set to the observation target speed, the reference feeding speed is obtained so that the observation target speed is a predetermined reference speed, and the smaller of the reference feeding speed and the instruction feeding speed is set to the feeding speed.

摘要: An inventive ball bearing retainer (4) is entirely composed of a resin composition, and has pocket surfaces (6) for retaining balls (5) and projections (8) provided on the pocket surfaces (6) and containing a solid lubricant (CB). A ball bearing (1) incorporates the ball bearing retainer (4). By the effect of the solid lubricant (CB), the projections (8) are less liable to be worn out in a short period particularly when the ball bearing (1) is used in a higher temperature environment. The projections (8) define clearances between the balls (5) and the pocket surfaces (6), making it possible to maintain the effect of preventing noise, increase in the torque of the ball bearing (1), reduction of the service life of a lubricant and the like for a longer period of time.

摘要: Disclosed is a bearing retainer made of a resin composition comprising a polyamide resin which has a repeating unit represented by the formula (1) below and a repeating unit represented by the formula (2) below in which formulae R1 and R2 represent three kinds of groups, namely a p-phenylene group, a linear alkylene group having 6-10 carbon atoms, and a branched chain alkylene group having 6-10 carbon atoms. Such a bearing retainer can be used in various applications since it has sufficiently good resistance to a wider variety of lubricating oils in a wider temperature range when compared with conventional resin hearing retainers.

摘要: An apparatus for electrostatic latent image development having two or more units for multicolor development provided around a photoreceptor. Each unit has a developer feed controller for feeding developer to the developing section having a developing roller facing the photoreceptor drum and for shutting off the feeding and has a doctor blade in the feed up-stream in turning direction of the developing roller. Developer is applied to the developing section when development is performed by displacement of the developer feed controller and is shut off when the developing unit is not used for development.
