    摘要: A gas sensor is constructed as follows. A protector (4) covering around a gas sensing element (2) has an inner hollow-cylindrical portion (6) and an outer hollow-cylindrical portion (7) that is provided coaxially with the inner hollow-cylindrical portion (6) with an air space (8) in between. Outer-wall gas inlet openings (13) are formed in the outer hollow-cylindrical portion (7), and guiding bodies (10) extending inward are attached to the outer-wall gas inlet openings (13). Inner-wall gas inlet openings (11) are formed in the inner hollow-cylindrical portion (6) at positions nearer to the gas sensing element (2) than the outer-wall gas inlet openings (13). A side wall (9) face of the inner hollow-cylindrical portion (6) opposite the outer-wall gas inlet openings (13) is formed so as to be parallel to a side wall (12) of the outer-hollow cylindrical portion (7) or so as to have a slop-like shape with a diameter enlarging in the axial direction toward a bottom wall (17) of the protector (4). A discharge opening (15) for a gas to be measured is formed in the bottom wall (17).

    摘要: A sensor control apparatus including a gas sensor having a sensor element, a housing and a base part formed of a resin. The apparatus includes a heating part and a control part. When the control part determines that a predetermined automatic stop condition has been satisfied, the control part switches from a control for maintaining the temperature of the sensor element at an activating temperature to a control in a stop state for reducing at least one of voltage and current supplied to the heating part so as to set a temperature of the base part to a value equal to or lower than a shape holding temperature of the resin. Also disclosed is a sensor control method for holding a temperature of a sensor element to an activating temperature.

The thermal sensor 4 and connecting parts 5 are integrally covered with an elastic insulating resin 6. While the insulating sheet 1 is bent together with the insulating resin 6, the thermal sensor 4 is pushed onto an object to be sensed 8 via the insulating sheet 1. A plurality of thermal sensors 4 are connected in series in a longitudinal direction of the insulating sheet 1. The insulating resin 6 covers the thermal sensors 4 and the connecting parts 5.

    摘要: A voltage monitoring apparatus includes a plurality of voltage monitoring sections corresponding to a plurality of blocks of unit cells of a multiple-set battery respectively and a main control section. Each of the voltage monitoring section includes a voltage detection section which detects voltages of the unit cells of a corresponding block, a voltage adjustment section which adjusts the voltages of the unit cells of the corresponding block so that the voltages are uniformized, an active power source which obtains power from the unit cells of the corresponding block, and supplies power to the voltage detection section and the voltage adjustment section, a power source switching section which switches a power supply mode and a power disconnect mode of the active power source, and a low consumption power source which obtains the power from the unit cells of the corresponding block, and supplies power to the power source switching section. The main control section includes a failure diagnosis section which performs a failure diagnosis of each of the voltage monitoring sections, and a switching control section which controls to disconnect a supply of the power from the active power source when a result of the failure diagnosis indicates a failure.

    摘要: A voltage measuring apparatus measures an output voltage of an assembled battery in which a plurality of unit cells are connected in series and are divided into a plurality of blocks. The apparatus includes: a block voltage detection section which detects a voltage of at least one of the plurality of blocks and provides an analog voltage signal; a reference power supply which generates a reference voltage; a sampling voltage generation section which generates a sampling voltage based on the reference voltage; a storage for storing voltage date corresponding to the sampling voltage; and an A/D conversion section of the block voltage detection section that digitizes the sampling voltage with the reference voltage for A/D conversion. A difference between the digitized sampling voltage and the voltage data is calculated and it is determined that abnormality occurs in the A/D conversion section when the difference is larger than a threshold.

According to this structure, the yokes structured by the wound laminated member and the rotor frame can be firmly unified with each other, thereby being able to secure such rigidity that can withstand a centrifugal force generated due to the rotation of the rotor and a magnetic suction force given from the stator.
