摘要: In textile products (e.g. yarns, woven fabrics, knit fabrics) comprising highly crosslinked polyacrylic fibers (made of acrylic fibers by partially hydrolyzing a nitrile group to generate an amido group and a carboxylic acid group), fibers blended with the highly crosslinked polyacrylic fibers can be dyed in an even hue. A pre-dyeing treatment process for such textile products (e.g. yarns, woven fabrics, knit fabrics) comprising highly crosslinked polyacrylic fibers comprises a pretreatment step of immersing the textile product into an acidic solution and treating it at a high temperature and an elevated pressure. A dyeing process comprises the steps of conducting this pre-dyeing treatment process, and thereafter conventionally dyeing fibers blended with the highly crosslinked polyacrylic fibers. A pretreated and undyed textile product and a dyed textile product are obtained by the pre-dyeing treatment process and the dyeing process mentioned above, respectively.

摘要: A solid stage imaging device, in which photodiodes each capable of converting incident light into a electric charge and accumulating the electric charge are arranged regularly in a matrix, e.g. in horizontal and vertical directions, and electric charges of the photodiodes are sent to the outside by means of CCD's, includes a scanning circuit which scans switching MOS transistors for transferring the electric charges of the photodiodes to vertical CCD's, in a vertical direction so that switching MOS transistors in a row parallel to a horizontal direction can be driven independently of switching MOS transistors in another row. When the solid state imaging device is driven, an operation for transferring an electric charge in each vertical CCD and an operation for driving switching MOS transistors in the next row with the aid of the scanning circuit are alternately performed, to reduce the amount of smear and to increase the dynamic range of each vertical CCD, without increasing the number of CCD's used.

摘要: A signal read-out apparatus for a solid-state imager employing CCDs (charge-coupled devices) and CPDs (charge priming devices) includes a clamp circuit for eliminating reset noise generated in an amplifier provided at the output of the imager. For eliminating thermal noise of high frequency generated in the amplifier and incapable of being eliminated by the clamp circuit, a low-pass filter is provided in precedence to the clamp circuit. The frequency band of the low-pass filter is not higher than 1.5 times the frequency of a clock pulse signal for driving the solid-state imager. In place of providing the low-pass filter as a discrete component, a low-pass filter having the same characteristics may be constituted by a capacitance of the capacitor and ON-resistance of a switch incorporated in the clamp circuit. The capacitance of the capacitor in the clamp circuit is set to a value greater than the input electrostatic capacity of the amplifier.

摘要: The moisture-absorbent/releasable heat-generating intermediate material of the present invention is inserted between an outer material and a lining, both having a moisture-permeable/waterproof property, a windproof property and other desired properties, thereby constituting a heat-retaining article. It comprises a blend of a heat-retaining fiber including an air layer of not less than 50 ml per 1 gram and a moisture-absorbent/releasable heat-generating fiber. The moisture-absorbent/releasable heat-generating fiber generates heat by absorbing moisture in a vapor phase or in a liquid phase discharged from a human body and an immobile air layer formed by the heat-retaining fiber retains the heat.

摘要: A picture recording method for recording original picture data encodes the original picture so that the entirety of the original picture is displayed at its original resolution on a television monitor after being decoded. The method involves first scaling down an original picture image, then filling top, bottom, and left and right side regions around the scaled down picture image with pixels to attain a picture image that is of the same size and resolution as that of the original picture image. The scaled down and filled in image is then recorded by encoding and storing the picture data at the original resolution. The recorded picture data is then subsequently decoded for displaying all pixels of the original picture image at the original resolution on a television monitor.
