摘要: A method of controlling a mounting unit having a shaft operated under servo control using a current driven actuator, comprises the steps of detecting interrruption of the servo control, and switching from a positioning control mode to a constant current control mode for supplying an constant amount of current to the shaft actuator to suspend the shaft. In an embodiment the method further includes engaging a gripping device, for holding the shaft, so as to keep the shaft from free-falling when interruption of the servo control is detected, and maintaining the constant current control mode at least until the gripping device grips the shaft. Still further, the current control mode optionally includes the steps of maintaining the supply of the constant amount of current for a predetermined period of time, and disengaging power supplied to the actuator after the predetermined period of time has elapsed.

摘要: The component handling tool (14) is moved linearly up and down on a moving mechanism (11) by feedback control of a linear motor (16) for performing pickup and mounting actions of components (3). The linear motor is controlled to effect a downward movement of the component handling tool for bringing the component handling tool or the component held thereby closer to the component or to a mounting object, and upon detecting changes in control information when contact is made with the component or the mounting object, control of the linear motor is switched to a pressing operation, whereby the holding or mounting of the component in a prescribed pressed condition is accomplished.

摘要: A method for producing a solid-state imaging device includes steps of: forming transfer electrodes on a substrate having a plurality of light-sensing portions through a gate insulating layer so that the light-sensing portions are exposed; forming a planarized insulating layer on the substrate to cover the transfer electrodes formed on the substrate; forming openings in the planarized insulating layer so that each of the transfer electrodes is partly exposed out of the planarized insulating layer at a predetermined position; forming a wiring material layer so that the openings are filled with the wiring material layer; forming a resist layer on the wiring material layer; exposing and developing the resist layer so that only the resist layer in a predetermined area covering the openings is left; and patterning the wiring material layer using the exposed and developed resist layer to form connection wirings connected to the transfer electrodes by the openings.

摘要: A small infrared sensor has a wide infrared light-receiving area (viewing angle), high electromagnetic shielding characteristics, and excellent electromagnetic-wave resistance characteristics. In the infrared sensor, supporting portions are disposed at four corners of a substantially rectangular opening in a package. The supporting portions support an optical filter, disposed so as to cover the opening, at positions that are lower than an upper end of an inner peripheral wall defining the opening. While the optical filter is supported by the supporting portions as a result of inserting a portion of a surface side of the optical filter facing the supporting portions into the opening, the optical filter is secured to the package. The optical filter and the package are joined and secured, and electrically connected to each other through a conductive adhesive.

摘要: A bone conductive speaker in which the hearing of external sounds is not inhibited because the earhole is not closed, the hearing efficiency is high and the sound leakage is small because the tragus portion is vibrated locally, and moreover the configuration is simple and the putting-on and taking-off operations are easy to perform. The bone conductive speaker comprises a bone conductive speaker body (1) and holding means (2) which is attached to the bone conductive speaker body (1) to hold the bone conductive speaker body (1) so that the bone conductive speaker body (1) is brought into contact with the tragus (31) or a portion in the vicinity thereof. The holding means (2) is of a ring shape having a size accommodated in the concha cavity (30), and both outside face parts thereof come into contact with the inside portion of the tragus (31) and the inside surface of the concha cavity (30) to continuously push them, by which the holding means (2) is locked at that position.

摘要: A DC power source unit supplies a DC voltage to an electrically powered tool through an adapter and also charges a battery pack used as an alternative power source of the tool. With the DC power source unit of the invention, a microcomputer receives a temperature signal indicative of a temperature of the battery pack and determines that the battery pack is fully charged based on the temperature signal. This determination is made regardless of whether the battery pack is being charged or not. As such, the fully charged condition of the battery pack can be accurately detected even if the tool is operated when the battery pack is almost fully charged.

摘要: A component mounting apparatus has an intermittently rotated rotary mounting section which has a driver at an upper part for driving motors of mounting heads arranged on periphery of the rotary mounting section. A controller in a stationary part of the apparatus inputs power and control signals to the rotating driver which is formed in an annular shape, and includes motor driver mounting plates with motor drivers for controlling power supplied to each motor. The motor driver mounting plates are arranged radially around a rotation axis of the rotating driver with planar surfaces in parallel to the rotation axis.
