摘要:
A method for producing a component made of a steel product coated with an Al—Si protective coating, includes: providing a substrate consisting of a steel produced coated with an Al—Si protective coating, heating the substrate to a temperature T1 such that the Al—Si protective coating is only partially pre-alloyed with Fe of the steel product, cooling the pre-alloyed substrate to room temperature, applying a corrosion protection oil to the surface of the pre-alloyed substrate, wherein the oil consists of a composition containing fatty acid ester, transporting the pre-alloyed substrate to which the oil has been applied, heating the pre-alloyed substrate to which the oil has been applied to a temperature T2 such that the Al—Si protective coating is fully alloyed with Fe of the steel product and the oil is removed without leaving residue, and shaping the re-heated substrate to form the component.

A surface-finished steel sheet, in some examples cold-rolled thin steel sheet, includes a metallic corrosion-resistant layer that may comprise more than 40% by weight aluminum and iron. So that that corrosion-resistant layer has high formability, especially cold formability, and hence significantly improved adhesion on forming, the corrosion-resistant layer may comprises nickel, wherein nickel-containing phases are located at a transition from the corrosion-resistant layer to a base material of the steel sheet. The nickel content of the corrosion resistant layer may be in a range from 5 to 30% by weight. Further, a method for producing a surface-finished steel sheet of this kind is also disclosed. In some examples, a nickel layer may be applied to a steel sheet, preferably cold-rolled thin steel sheet in the form of flat steel product, prior to hot-dip coating the steel sheet with a liquid aluminum melt or with a liquid melt of aluminum-based alloy.

A process for producing a three-dimensionally shaped steel component from a steel sheet with a metallic coating may involve hot forming the steel sheet into the steel component. The metallic coating may involve an Fe—Al-based alloy. To protect the steel sheet or the steel component against scale formation, the Fe—Al-based alloy may be applied directly to the steel sheet by galvanic coating and/or physical vapor deposition. The coating produced in this way may contain 30-60% by weight Fe, a balance of Al, and, in some cases, 0.1-10% by weight Mg, 0.1-5% by weight Ti, 0.1-10% by weight Si, 0.1-10% by weight Li, and/or 0.1-10% by weight Ca. Before heating the coated steel sheet as part of the hot forming process, the coated steel sheet may have an Fe—Al phase is stable to above 900° C.

A process for producing a steel component with a metallic, corrosion protection coating and very good mechanical properties may involve directly applying an iron-based alloy to a steel substrate. The iron-based alloy may contain 50-80% by weight of Fe, 0-30% by weight of Mg, 0-5% by weight of Al, 0-5% by weight of Ti, 0-10% by weight of Si, 0-10% by weight of Li, 0-10% by weight of Ca, 0-30% by weight of Mn, and a balance of Zn and unavoidable impurities. The steel substrate that has been coated with the iron-based alloy may then be subjected to hot forming in order to obtain the steel component. A metallic coating that protects against corrosion for steel components to be produced by the process of hot forming can be obtained.

The invention relates to a roller hearth furnace for the heat treatment of coated metal sheets as well as to a corresponding method. The objective of the invention is to put forward a roller hearth furnace that allows the alternating processing of AlSi-coated metal sheets and metal sheets with zinc alloy coatings for hot-working, whereby considerably less effort is involved for the alternating procedure than is the case in the state of the art. The roller hearth furnace according to the invention for the heat treatment of coated metal parts is characterized in that it has at least a first zone and a second zone, whereby in the first zone, a temperature below the melting temperature of the AlSi deposits or a temperature of more than approximately 900° C. [1652° F.] can be maintained, whereas in the second zone, a temperature of more than approximately 870° C. [1598° F.] can be reached.

The invention relates to a flat steel product, which is intended to be formed into a component by hot press forming and has a base made of steel, onto which a metal anti-corrosion coating is applied, which is formed by Zn or a Zn alloy. This is achieved as per the invention in that a separate finishing coat is applied to at least one of the free surfaces of the flat steel product which contains at least one base metal compound (oxide, nitride, sulphide, sulphate, carbide, carbonate, fluoride, hydrate, hydroxide, or phosphate). Furthermore the invention relates to a method enabling the production of a flat steel product of this kind.
