摘要: A ringing tone signal detecting circuit detects a ringing tone signal from a received signal of the echo canceler type which is supplied from a subscriber line through a hybrid circuit. The ringing tone signal detecting circuit has a sampler for sampling the received signal at a predetermined sampling frequency, a comparator for comparing an output signal from the sampler with a predetermined threshold value and producing a binary digital signal, a plurality of first through nth delay circuits for delaying the binary digital signal from the comparator for 1 through n sampling times, respectively, and a frequency detector for detecting a ringing tone signal from the binary digital signal from the comparator and output signals from the first through nth delay circuits. The circuit has particular use in detecting the ringing tone signals in the 2B1Q signaling code scheme.

One of the upper and lower cores is formed of a metal-magnetic-powder-containing resin. The coil component includes connecting portions disposed respectively at center and outside portions of each of the first and second substrates so as to physically connect the upper and lower cores.

摘要: A resin layer formation method and device for making a resin layer uniform on a substrate before lamination or on a substrate is provided. Adhesive is coated at an inner circumference side while rotating a substrate at low speed. A first adhesive layer is formed on the surface of the substrate by rotating at high speed. A step difference section is formed around a rotation center of the substrate by irradiating ultraviolet on an area in the inner circumference side of the first adhesive layer to hardening the area. Adhesive is coated at the rotation center side from the step difference section on the substrate, and a second adhesive layer is formed on the first adhesive layer by rotating the substrate at high speed. The first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are integrated to form a uniform adhesive layer.

摘要: A common mode choke coil includes two extraction conductors formed on a resin insulating layer, and a concave portion is formed in the resin insulating layer in an area between a first portion covered with one of the extraction conductors and a second portion covered with the other extraction conductor. An upper resin insulating layer is embedded inside the concave portion. Accordingly, because the resin insulating layer is not flat in the portion where the extraction conductors are formed, a distance between the extraction conductors along the surface of the resin insulating layer increases. Therefore, a current path generated due to ion migration along the surface of the insulating layer is hardly formed, thereby enabling to obtain high withstand voltage, even if the distance between the extraction conductors is short.

摘要: The invention relates to a coil component used as a main component of a common mode choke coil or a transformer and a method of manufacturing the same, and the invention is aimed at providing a coil component with a small size and a low height having high differential transmission characteristics and a method of manufacturing the same. A common mode choke coil has a configuration in which an insulation film, a coil conductor, another insulation film, another coil conductor and another insulation film are stacked in the order listed between magnetic substrates provided opposite to each other. The coil conductors have a coil section which is in a trapezoidal general configuration. A top portion of the coil section is formed in a convex configuration such that it bulges in the form of a convex, and a bottom portion of the coil section is formed in a planar configuration.
