    摘要: A circuit includes a bias circuit for a biased transistor. The bias circuit includes a master-slave source follower circuit, a reference transistor, and a bias circuit voltage output coupled to the biased transistor and configured to provide a bias voltage. The reference transistor has a transconductance substantially identical to a transconductance of the biased transistor. A signal ground circuit may be coupled between the biased transistor and one or more components of the bias circuit that do not generate significant return currents to a power supply ground. A method includes generating a current in a reference transistor according to a first voltage generated using a master source follower circuit, generating a second voltage substantially identical to the first voltage using a slave source follower circuit, and providing the second voltage to a biased transistor. The reference transistor has a transconductance substantially identical to a transconductance of the biased transistor.

The multi-layer substrate is configured such that insulating layers are stacked. The pattern coil forms a coiled shape of which the coil axis extends along a stacking direction of the multi-layer substrate, and includes a coil conductor disposed between the insulating layers. The chip capacitive element includes a ceramic body having a relative permittivity higher than that of the insulating layers and counter electrodes. The chip capacitive element is at least partially disposed within the pattern coil.

    摘要: A differential transmission circuit is capable of realizing a high resistance to electrostatic breakdown without deteriorating a transmission signal. The differential transmission circuit includes ESD protection elements connected between transmission lines and a ground, respectively, a common mode filter in which an inductor element is serially connected between transmission lines, and an inductor element serially connected between transmission lines are magnetically coupled to each other, ESD protection diodes of which cathodes are connected to transmission, respectively, and anodes thereof connected to grounds, respectively, and resistors of which one side terminals are connected to transmission lines, respectively, and the other side terminals thereof are connected to transmission lines, respectively. Resistance values of the resistors are set to 10 to 15 ohms, respectively, electrostatic capacitance values of the ESD protection elements are less than 0.3 pF, respectively, and a clip voltage of each of the ESD protection diodes is set to a value less than 10 V.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a circuit protection device and a method of manufacturing the same. The circuit protection device includes a common mode noise filter having a plurality of sheets, each of the sheets being formed to optionally include a coil pattern, an internal electrode, a hole filled with a conductive material, and a hole filled with a magnetic material; and an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device having a plurality of sheets, each of the sheets being formed to optionally include an internal electrode and a hole filled with an ESD protection material.According to the present invention, a solenoid-type common mode noise filter and an ESD protection device are laminated as a single device, and thereby common mode noises and ESD of the electronic device can be simultaneously prevented. Accordingly, the circuit protection device has a simple configuration as compared with a conventional art in which discrete devices are used to prevent common mode noises and ESD, so that an increase in size of an electronic device can be prevented, and input/output signal distortion can be prevented to thereby enhance the reliability of the electronic device.
