    摘要: A film having an antistatic releasing agent layer comprising fiber-shaped carbon and disposed on at least one of the faces of a substrate film, a release film having a releasing agent layer disposed on one face of a substrate and an antistatic layer which comprises a cured product of a resin composition of the active energy ray curing type comprising fiber-shaped carbon or a combination of fiber-shaped carbon and an electrically conductive macromolecular compound and is disposed on the other face of the substrate film, and processes for producing the films.     摘要: A release film that can be used as a carrier film for a green sheet used in a laminated ceramic capacitor is provided. The release film includes a base material having both major surfaces, a releasing agent layer provided on one major surface of the base material, and an antistatic layer provided on the other major surface of the base material, wherein the releasing agent layer and the antistatic layer are mainly composed of the same material, and when the surface roughness of the outer surface of the releasing agent layer is defined as Ra1 [nm] and the surface roughness of the outer surface of the antistatic layer is defined as Ra2 [nm], the relations of Ra1≦15 and Ra1≦Ra2 are satisfied. The release film is capable of preventing occurrence of blocking when being wound in a rolled form for storage and generation of static electricity when being unwound.

    摘要: A release sheet is provided. The release sheet comprises: a base material having one surface and the other surface; and a release agent layer provided on the one surface of the base material. The release agent layer contains substantially no silicone compound and is constituted of a polymer material containing a polyolefine-based thermoplastic elastomer of which density is in the range of 0.80 to 0.90 g/cm3. A Young's modulus of the release agent layer is in the range of 0.1 to 0.3 GPa. An arithmetic mean deviation of a profile Ra of the other surface of the base material is in the range of 100 to 1800 nm. This makes it possible to sufficiently suppress adverse effects on electric components and the like, prevent blocking from occurring when the release film is wound up in a rolled form and stored in this state, and exhibit superior releasability. A pressure-sensitive adhesive article is also provided.
