    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a touch panel having a press detection function, which makes it possible to suppress degradation of visibility of a display unit of a display device even when mounted on an electronic device, and also to improve a pressure measuring precision. For this purpose, the touch panel of the present invention includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed oppose to the first substrate, a pair of electrodes disposed on either one of opposed surfaces of the respective substrates or disposed separately on both of the surfaces, pressure sensitive ink members disposed with a gap from at least one of the pair of electrodes, each of the pressure sensitive ink members having an electrical characteristic varied by a pressing force applied thereto, and a gap retaining member for bonding the first and second substrates to each other and for retaining a gap between each of the pressure sensitive inks and at least one of the pair of electrodes, wherein the pair of electrodes are disposed in a frame shape along an edge portion of the first or second substrate, and the pressure sensitive ink members are scattered along the edge portion of the first or second substrate so that, when the first or second substrate is deformed upon an application of an external force, at least one of them is made in contact with both of the pair of electrodes so as to make the two electrodes conductive to each other.

The liquid crystal display includes: a liquid crystal display panel; a light source arranged on a back surface side of the liquid crystal display panel; an optical sheet with a light-condensing property arranged between the liquid crystal display panel and the light source, the optical sheet having a number of irregularities arranged continuously on a principal surface of the optical sheet; and a diffuser sheet arranged between the liquid crystal display panel and the optical sheet. The liquid crystal display is constructed so that when an arrangement pitch of the irregularities of the optical sheet is P [μm], a haze value of the diffuser sheet is H [%], a total light transmittance of the diffuser sheet is Tt [%], and a pixel pitch of the liquid crystal display panel is Pp [μm], the following relationship is satisfied: (H/Tt)·(Pp/P)≧1.6.

    摘要: An HDD has a carriage which moves a head with respect to a medium, and a voice coil motor (VCM) which drives the carriage. The VCM has a magnet, between which and a first shell formed of a magnetic substance a magnetic circuit is formed, and a voice coil which is secured to the carriage and disposed in a magnetic gap. A depression which receives a projecting portion covering a lead of the voice coil is formed in the first shell, and thereby a projection projecting toward the coil is consequently formed. This structure partially narrows the magnetic gap and allows generation of a torque with sufficient intensity.
