摘要： A low profile card reader is disclosed to include a circuit board with a USB connection interface at the front part, an electrically insulative inner shell bonded to the circuit board outside the USB connection interface and defining an accommodation space, a card connector mounted in the accommodation space and electrically connected to the circuit board for receiving and reading a memory card and having a receiving space for receiving a memory card, a guide member connected to the circuit board and defining a sliding way disposed in line with the receiving space of the card connector for guiding a memory card into the card connector, and an outer metal shielding shell surrounding the circuit board, the electrically insulative inner shell, the card connector and the guide member for EMI protection with the USB connection interface of the circuit board exposed to the outside for connection to a computer.

摘要： Battery management systems and methods are provided. The system includes an electronic device and a fuel cell module. The electronic device includes a processing module, a first power adapter, a first communication interface, and a rechargeable battery. The fuel cell module includes a second power adapter connected with the first power adapter, a second communication interface connected with the first communication interface, at least one fuel cell, and a control unit. The control unit receives a first status of the rechargeable battery from the electronic device via the processing module, the first communication interface and the second communication interface, and determines whether to charge the rechargeable battery using the fuel cell via the second power adapter and the first power adapter according to the first status.

摘要： A partial vertical memory cell and fabrication method thereof. A semiconductor substrate is provided, in which two deep trenches having deep trench capacitors respectively are formed, and the deep trench capacitors are lower than a top surface of the semiconductor substrate. A portion of the semiconductor outside the deep trenches is removed to form a pillar between. The pillar is ion implanted to form an ion-doped area in the pillar corner acting as a S/D area. A gate dielectric layer and a conducting layer are conformally formed on the pillar sequentially. An isolation is formed in the semiconductor substrate beside the conducting layer. The conducting layer is defined to form a first gate and a second gate.
